Right now the door fell off and I’m having trouble keeping it on so I am currently not using this product. It’s made to easily come off and on to switch the opening to the other side. Might be operator error but never the less not sure about putting meat in it yet.

Shelves broken on the inside. We thought this would be a great purchase for the price. We didn't want anything real big. Will never make this mistake again. We were told they have had many returned, because of this same problem. You do not know there is a problem until you get them home and take them out of the box.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter and son-in-law. Perfect size for their small family. I wish it was self defrosting, but that didn't matter to them since it is used as additional freezer space for home processed fruit, veggies and stock.

I only had a small space in my pantry, but needed a upright freezer. This one works well and looks perfect in the small space. I have a chest freezer next to it that I hate climbing into to get frequently used items. This freezer has been a godsend and I love it. Highly recommended for anyone with limited space.

It’s a decent size , keeps consistent cold temperature, looks good. My complaint is that the plastic over the refrigerator was torn and the covering over the inner workings at the bottom where the wires are was also not in tact. Other than that I am 80% happy.

My first freezer came broken(may have happened in shipping). Got on the phone with sam's club and they immediately reordered a new one for me and took care of the return all in 15 min. Fedex a as there the next day to pick up the broken one and two days later the new one came and after 15 min. Set up it works great. The customer service was great

A piece of junk and FedEx won’t even take it back because I don’t have the box away so now I’m out $212 the freezer came defective one of the legs were broken and then the door the seal wasn’t even good ice would build up ice lots of ice a piece of A piece of junk it’s not even worth one star

Nice sized compact freezer. Gave us the extra space we needed without taking up much space. i like that it is an upright. When i plugged it in the one side got almost hot on tbe outside and that concerned me. I googled it and found where this is apparently normal because of tbe compressor. The paperwork that comes with the freezer should mention this.

I just got my freezer today. Not good. This is the second freezer and this one has the same issues plus. The door keeps falling off, and one of the feet is broken. Since I didn't have a SUV I decided to have a freezer delivered and pay the charges; don't do it, it's not worth it.

Love this little freezer! It arrived dropped and bent on the bottom with a dent on the side. The door was no longer attached. Fortunately I had someone here that helped to put the door on and check the important parts! It is working fine but had to be leveled in the back to work right.
