Hi Florence, we appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for your recent experience with the Thomson Upright Freezer. We pride ourselves on our high quality standards and regret that our product didn’t live up to your expectations. Frozen foods actually keep better in a manual defrost freezer - they tend not to get dehydrated as much as in a frost free freezer. A manual defrost freezer uses less electricity than a frost free freezer too.
