Hi Walter - check that the freezer door is closing properly and that the freezer is standing on a firm level surface. You can test that the door is sealing properly by closing the door on a sheet of paper. You should not be able to easily pull the paper out when the freezer door is closed.<br />You can adjust the door accordingly if required.<br />Also you can lubricate the door gasket with a bit of Vaseline and a soft cloth. That will help it seal better.<br />Frost is caused by warm humid air entering the freezer compartment or by moisture from foods inside.

We pride ourselves on our high quality standards and regret that our product didn’t live up to your expectations.<br /><br />Frozen foods actually keep better in a manual defrost freezer - they tend not to get dehydrated as much as in a frost free freezer. <br />A manual defrost freezer uses less electricity than a frost free freezer too.
