Item arrived damaged and days later then it was due to arrive. Getting in touch with customer service and waiting on a refund has been a process and it’s now been past the date they said I would receive a small refund for the damages.

Exactly what I was looking for; organizing my refrigerator/freezer was a priority. Price was reasonable and ordering it online and picking it up at store worked well.

Maybe if you transport yourself but overall very cheaply made and disappointed for the price. Arrived dented but had to have it so stuck with it. Chintzy

Simple freezer occupying space in garage. Easy to move, level and operate. Shipping created a few minor headaches and item left without so much as a knock on the door. Oh well...

Great freezer. Have been looking at chest freezers but I know that if I gotten a standard chest freezer would never see the bottom again. This one is great, shelves to keep everything organized

This Thomson Upright Freezer is perfect for a little extra freezer space. Nice and slim so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Five shelves so you can easily get to what you're looking for without digging over into a big deep freezer.

Received 2 weeks later than original delivery date. When it was delivered to our house, we opened the box and the freezer had 4 dents. We were suppose to get $50 credit which was not received.

Nice little upright freezer good for tight spots. Doesn’t hold a ton of food but is a nice addition to use as a main freezer and let the freezer portion of your refrigerator handle the overflow Works fine and us very quiet

I bought this freezer for my mother when her BIG chest freezer died. She LOVES this one and so do I. I am planning to order one for myself once my remodeling is complete.

It’s working and cooling good, quite, recommend for single or small family the only thing I didn’t like it makes ice on the shelf I thought it's no frost’
