Freezer had a small dent which Sam's refused to consider and were told to contact manufacturer. The manufacturer said to contact Sam's. Still have a dent but freezer works fine...thankfully.

Our large upright freezer stopped working and we decided to get a smaller one. This one has been working great and takes up a fourth of the space of a larger one.

Nice small freezer for overflow food storage. Shelves are about right spacing. I would have appreciated a basket which fit the bottom of the freezer since it isn't rectangular but it well work as is. Small enough for my husband to move by himself.

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did. When we were in the store last week, I recommended to another member that also purchased this upright awesome freezer.

As I received the first freezer it had multiple dents and the door wouldn’t seal properly. We got a second one and it also had multiple dents. The seal wasn’t messed up and sams adjusted us 10% for dents which was only $20.

It has ice covering the top everyday no matter how much or often I clean it. Ice is on all the shelfs. I thought the shalfs were adjustable but they aren’t. Not happy with it

I really like my new feezer. Its easy to grab whatever I need from it instead of having to dig for it. Its in my garage and have had no problems with it.

This has been a great purchase for us. It is just big enough to hold some of our bulkier items. It arrived in great condition. Works perfectly so far.

I have been wanting this for awhile and finally decided doing just in time. Thanks to Sam’s for offering easy ordering and pickup. The product lives up to all my expectations! I am blessed to have this.

The things work great now. I had to straighten out the bottom of it. Your never heard back the phone there give to call if there are problems. I have pictures of it being carry upside down. Nobody seemed to care.
