The 1st one I received was damaged in transport and didn’t work so I returned it yo our local SAMs club. I ordered another one, and it was again damaged in transport but works.

I am very happy so far. Seems to freeze well. It did have a couple of cracked places on the right hand top when we received it. they dont seem to be deep enough to effect the performance, so far.

For my needs the freezer is to small. but would be great for those that need a LITTLE extra freezer space. If you bulk buy or buy frozen stuff in boxes forget it. I am probably going to buy a small chest freezer to accommodate the larger stuff.

Freezer work very good. A little loud but not a big deal. The only reason I rated it 4 star was because this is my second one. The first one was delivered but never worked.

When I received the freezer it was left right on my door step, I had to get someone to help me move it to my basement. When I opened it was cracked and the door fell off, I now trying get in contact with Sam Club about this issue.

I needed a small freezer for extra ice and things my refrigerator/freezer doesn't have room for. This is very light weight and was place in garage by one man. Now we will see how long it last. I am happy so far!!

It arrived at my son’s home with a cracked top. After called Sam’s they were told to call the manufacturer. They did, and have not been contacted in weeks.. not happy.

I purchased this freezer so that I could see at a glance what I have and to use the chest (same company purchased last year) for the over 40 boxes I’d cookie dough sold for an athletic fundraiser.

So far "I love the freezer". I haven't had it that long so I may feel different later on down the road. But for now, I love it an it works great. I'd say "buy one!"

I bought this about three weeks ago. The first one I got did not work and I had to return it to the store. Got a second one and it’s been working great ever since!
