TERRIBLE PRODUCT

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. FROST BULLDS UP CONTINUOUSLY AND DOOR WONT CLOSE. FOOD WILL NOT FREEZE. DON'T BUT!!!

Loosen the top hinge and adjust the door so the door gasket presses firmly against the body of the freezer and tighten the top hinge.

Couldn't get it working from the time of purchase

We bought this freezer. We got it home and read the instructions before plugging it in. It never turned on so we returned it.

came damaged

The freezer came damaged and not operational. The freezer has numerous endings and dents; I plugged it in and noticed it doesn’t work at all!!

Terrible

This freezer is awful. I am constantly having to defrost it because it forms ice on all the shelves almost immediately
