Product was damaged when we unpacked it. The entire top of the freezer was cracked and the door wouldn't stay on

It never worked when I got it all the way home and plugged it in. Waited 3 days and.... nothing. SAMs was great about the return though.

It started leaking 2 months after we bought it. We exchanged it and the new one leaked immediately. Taking it back.

The freezer came damaged and not operational. The freezer has numerous endings and dents; I plugged it in and noticed it doesn’t work at all!!

Freezer delivered with a dent in plain view on front door and it was covered up with the energy efficient sticker. Unbelievable

we have had this for 2 years loved it and all the sudden it quit working now I have lost lots of food

Stopped working after 13 months, 1 month past warranty. Nothing company can do, it is out of warranty.

Great working freezer but had to switch door opening side and now it doesn’t seal so freezer is useless to me

This freezer is extremely hot on the sides. I am afraid it may catch on fire. My regular deep freezer is cool on the outside.
