Seal came off freezer within 6 months , I kept defrosting, but had enough trying to return this i bought 2 same thing on both dont buy this

Disappointed shopper

This freezer has a 1 year warranty, it worked for 1 yr & 8 months before it just STOPPED FREEZING. Such a disappointment & a total waste of $248.00.

well my grand opening is screwed

300 mile round trip and this thing never got cold. 1st time opening on memorial weekend and I’m screwed no time to take it back and exchange. Ugh:(

Cheap prize, cheap freezer

After a day, the freezer doesn’t work. Temp is 50 degrees. My fridge is at 35... Don’t recommend. Now have to go return it.

Needs Improvement

I purchased the freezer 4 years ago and it did not last. Quit working all together. The freezer itself still looks BRAND NEW. Very disappointed!!!

Didn't last 2 years

Lost a freezer full of food. Hope insurance will cover the loss but Sam's had me contact the company which was not helpful

Shelves stop working

Freezer is fickle. First two months did ok. Then the top shelf stopped freezing. Then the second. Then a year later, the third. Glad I bought the warranty.

Doesn't work

I just purchased this item. I plugged it in and 48 hours later it is still not cooling. It's perfect size for the space, but at this point it's colder in my house than the freezer. I'll exchange and hope the next one works.

ruined my food

I bought this less than a year ago. Last month it stopped working on the top half and everything thawed. I tried cleaning it all out and plugging it back in but now it’s dead completely. I want my money back.
