What's the warranty?

what's the warranty on this unit? I dont think we have reached the 18 month period and it stop working. Food spoiled and great loss,.

Unit Failed in Under 5 Years

The freezer failed in under 5 years of use. Compressor will not start and all of the food inside was thrown away.

does not freeze top half of the storage space.

The food at the bottom is frozen, but the food at the top is not. This has caused us to toss lots of food and waste money.
