Hi Ken - It sounds like your door is out of adjustment and is allowing humid warm air to enter the freezer and condense and freeze up. <br />Try running your hand around the exterior of the freezer door - do you feel cold air?<br />Try closing the freezer door on a dollar bill at several spots around the perimeter of the door. The dollar bill should have significant resistance when you try to pull it out.<br />To adjust the door positioning - loosen the top hinge.<br />You should also adjust the front legs so that the front of the freezer is slightly higher than the rear - that way gravity will aid in the closing of the door.<br />You can also lubricate the door gasket with a bit of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to make it more pliable.
