This item was a major disappointment for me. While advertised as having a medium firmness, it was actually far beyond soft. So soft that that it began to cause joint pains in my knees and shoulders from sleeping in a curved (downward) position. That's how much give this has. Furthermore, nothing on earth could keep this thing from constantly sliding around on top of the underlying mattress. Every morning, it would be hanging of the bed by about a foot, and every morning I would have to correct it and re-do the fitted sheets. Overall, there is nothing positive I could say about this item.

No more tossing and turning from hip pain. It's also very comfortable! The mattress topper is very cheaply made! But the memory foam topper is.so so comfortable! It has made my bed feel like a new one, without buying a new one! I definitely recommend it! It does sink in, but it doesn't slide off my mattress like others have said. I do have a fitted sheet over it, to keep everything in place. I am a side sleeper.

Bought for my son, so glad I did... he’s a bit heavy and his mattress was starting to sink in...this brought his bed back to life and he loves the fact that he’s sleeping more comfortably and the whole night.... great product. Will get a king for myself...

I purchased this for a Christmas gift expecting it to arrive in the Serta box as pictured. Instead, it arrived thrown in a brown cardboard box with nothing anywhere indicating it is a Serta. I am not sure if it is a product someone else returned or if Sam’s Club sent a generic product instead of the name brand

I have now had this mattress topper for 3 or so weeks. It was fairly easy to un-box & set-up. There was NO odd smell or odor. After my first night, I thought it would be perfect, but of course with the test of time - that is not the case. It is comfortable, but it slides, ever so slightly at first and then more each night. In other words, I must removes my sheets every morning and reset the topper back into place and remake the bed. This would not be too bad except that I have a smaller room, so this is quite the chore everyday. Any suggestions on how to avoid the sliding is welcome because that is the only flaw I have experienced. So if you don't mind completely striping & remaking your bed everyday - this is what you want. Again, help or suggestions on the sliding is welcome.

Paid $149 at Sam's Club. I bought this a couple of months ago and it is extremely uncomfortable and it constantly slides off our bed no matter what we do. We end up having to pull it back onto bed few times a night. I have not slept well since I put it on our bed. We gave it time thinking it would relax or something but is worse over time not better. I don't know if Sam's club will allow me to return it, if not it will unfortunately be landfill!

I purchased the queen 4" pillow top and memory foam mattress topper, and it has been sitting out on my balcony for the last 12 hours, because the smell was so horrific i couldn't keep it inside. Thinking it might air out, i just went outside and checked it, and it stinks just as bad as it did. Now, i have to try to figure out how i am going to get this thing back in the box, down 3 flights of stairs, to return it back to the store. What a joke! They better refund my money!

For anyone having difficulty with the memory foam not expanding when you take it out of the box, I used a hair dryer on medium heat and just rubbed the memory foam on both sides until it slowly expanded. It took a little while but maybe 30 minutes later it was fully expanded and ready to be put in the cover!

I purchased this King Serra mattress topper over a week ago. After the 1st topper never expanded to form, I returned to Sam’s Club. Thinking I happened to get a faulty product I exchanged for a another and tried again. Same Issue! Second topper never expands. They’re all bad! Don’t waste your time or money
