Bought this bed topper as a Christmas gift but then also bought one for my husband and I due to the great price . It’s soft and very comfortable! Definitely would recommend this product and any other bedding -especially the deep pocket hotel sheets from Sam’s Club.

I am so disappointed that this says it has gel in it and it doesn’t. I ordered specifically for the cooling gel for the summer months and was told the 3 inch has it not the 4 inch. I cannot package up this king size topper and try to manage carrying or transporting it to the customer service desk at the store. There’s no way it even fits back in the box after it’s opened and expanded

I was given a California king mattress that was still in excellent shape. The only downside my daughter told me was that it was FIRM and she recommended I get a mattress pad. We went to our Sam's store and saw a sample of this 4 in pad and knew this was it! Since they didn't have our size in stock, we ordered it. Very happy with it! Husband now says he hates getting up in the morning because the bed feels so good!

This mattress topper and pillow top are more than we ever hoped for! We were in the process of looking for a new King mattress as our old one had become WAY too firm for our aging bodies. Instead of making a huge investment, we decided to give this topper a try first. I was so happy to be able to sleep through the night without waking up constantly and trying to get comfortable without pressure on the hips and shoulder. We don't need a new mattress after all with the addition of this topper.

I bought this and returned it a week later. Good quality but it was a little hot and that was in the winter. Also gave me a little claustrophobia the way is hugged me. Also I have some neck issues, so while it let my shoulder sink in it kept my neck a little too bent while on my side and made my neck hurt. Not saying that it would be great for some but not great for me and my husband

For the price and quality, this thing is top notch! If you have a bed that has lost its life and you are looking to extend the comfort, this is it!! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it is much softer than expected. It takes some getting used to because it is so soft but it’s much better than the concrete bed underneath. Just a heads up because the description doesn’t really state how plush this is, you don’t think 4 inches would make that much of a difference and it does. So in the case you are looking to make a hard bed soft, this is an amazing choice - if you have a soft bed that you are trying to add comfort to, maybe choose a 3 inch instead.

We were miserable with our brand new firm mattress. My aunt and uncle told us about this, and we had been looking at something similar somewhere else that was almost $500. This has been the absolute best purchase. Back pain gone! Neck pain gone! Great product and price!!!

Hi, received my Serta 4' pillow-top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper. My purchase came on time, it was easy to open and place on my bed to air out. The smell was overpowering, had to air out a few days, never knew my nose was so sensitive, my family members really didn't notice the smell. After a week I was able to sleep on my topper and it was fantastic!! I have had the best sleep ever, my back used to hurt and my sciatica bothered me. I'm not saying that I am not in pain any longer, just that I can now tolerate it enough to sleep through the night. It is very comfortable and feel very spoiled now. I gave my rating as a 4, would have been a five except for the smell. Very happy in Lafayette IN

my mom raved about how good this is. but for me I can't sleep on this, its way too soft it does not fit my bed right, poor job on cutting the foam. I would not recommend to anyone, as I wish I could get my money back and or return. but there is no return policy

I really enjoyed our Sert 4 inch pillow top for our KING size bed, however the one we purchased months later for our queen size guest room bed does not have the same 'securing' cover over the mattress. So, it shifts a lot. Not a HUGE deal, but would help if the company made it the same as they do the King-size version... Otherwise, the topper made our sleep SO comfortable for our king size bed and better for the queen. I would give the comfort level a 5 star rating.
