Very hard, you do sink in, but feels as hard as our bed. It's not squishy like soft gel...more like hard foam. I would not have bought if I had felt a sample in the store.

Gives a comfortable and good night's rest. We had a new mattress set that just didn't work out well. The topper solved all the problems we met with replacing the uncomfortable one.

Second purchase of this pillow topper and memory foam topper. One for our King and two for our twin beds. We love these topper's they provide excellent comfort and affordability.

This topper is like sleeping on a marshmallow. It is sooooooo comfortable!! It is a little warm, no cooling gel, so if you sleep hot, this might not work for you.

The memory foam will not expand. It is twisted from the extremely tight packaging and will not open smoothly. Not even possible to sleep on it. Usually memory foam opens fully after being unpackaged but not this. It was a complete waste of money.

Order a "full" and it was INCHES to big both length and width. Had to use a razor blade to cut a lot of the mattress away . I told my wife we could send it back but she decided to CUT instead. What a waste of money.

Like sleeping on a cloud. I bought this two years ago and just bought one for my sister. I had terrible back and hip pain during 3 pregnancies. I bought this while pregnant with baby #4 and it is life changing! I’m still obsessed, Two years later!

My wife and I bought a new king size bed. For me it was ok, a little firm. My wife hated it and would not sleep on it. We purchased the 4" Serta and added it to the bed. now both of us agree it is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

I measured our pull out couch before purchasing this mattress topper. Per the measurements on the website, it should have come within an inch of the sofa but it’s about 5” short in both length and width. Definitely not a true full size.

I bought a queen size. I really liked that I could put the foam inside the cover. It makes it so much easier to move around. Also easier to keep the cover clean because it is easy to take off. It is very comfortable.
