Was a bit worried about some of the negative reviews but glad I purchased based on the good reviews! Our not too old Memory Foam Matress was a bit too firm and my Husband was having lower back pain every morning! This topper is pretty soft and you do sink into it which cradles your body and supports your back. NO MORE LOWER BACK PAIN! Also, we were worried after 24 hours when the memory foam was still hard and bunched up in several spots! I was sick about thinking I would have to return it but after reading the instructions we kept it on top of our spare bed for over 48 hours and it was finally fully expanded. Maybe it took longer because of the bad packaging along with the cold winter temp. The warmth of the heater helped it along well. Glad I purched it and waited it out. I did place an extra matress cover over it to keep it in place so it does not move around anymore.

The actual pad & quilted topper are great! I’d give that 5 stars! However the mattress cover isn’t like a fitted sheet. You actually put your mattress in it. It did NOT fit. We got it most of the way on & were able to zip 3 sides. I KNOW I ordered the correct size but this cover was way too small. It’s says it will fit a mattress up to 17 inches. My son’s mattress plus the pad are only 12 inches but it still doesn’t fit. That part gets a 1 star!

I've had the Serta 4" Pillow-Top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper for over two weeks now and I love it. I rolled it out on top of my mattress and it lay flat immediately with no rolled up edges and no odor. The topper went on effortlessly. At first I thought it was going to be too soft, but after the first night I've been sleeping better than I have for months. The question now is how long will it hold up?

This product is well worth the money and will provide you with the best night sleep ever. My only issue is the chemical smell the product has and it will need to be aired out for at least a week before use. Otherwise I cannot say enough great things about this product.

I received this as a Christmas present and just love it. We loved it so much , we got one for a family member. It does make your bed higher so if you have fury family members, it might be a little harder for them to get on. My husband is going to make us some steps. It does take some time getting use to. When you get in, you sink into a cloud and it feels sooo good . Moving takes a little effort but the comfort is so worth keeping.

I bought this mattress topper around 2 months ago. I used it on a firmer mattress but parents were visiting and they prefer a softer mattress. Unfortunately I didn’t receive until a week after they left. I don’t know what happened but took nearly a month to arrive. The product itself has been great.

We purchased this prior to a 10 day vacation trip to put on our queen matress in our camper. I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. A lot of people complained about the odor. First of all.....YOU CAN NOT use this immediately after purchasing. My husband and I rolled it out on top of our queen size bed in our guest room. I opened the window ( the Smell is Strong) and shut the door. I left it to air out for 4 days. Smell totally GONE!! We put it on the mattress in our camper and slept on it the entire 10 days we were on vacation. Made a BIG difference in the comfort of the mattress and so much cheaper than buying a new mattress ( our camper is new). Some people had complaints of getting too hot while sleeping on it. We did not experience that. Would definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of getting one for the mattress in our guest bedroom. I purchased this while it was on sale, so that made it even better.

I ordered this to see if it would help with my body aches and pains and it does. It took a couple nights to get used to because it’s so cushione. My mattress is firm and this makes me feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I don’t turn back and forth all night like I used to because of hip and back discomfort. The foam is USA made and earth friendly materials. I would recommend it. It came in two days and I thought at first I had the wrong one because it was in a plain cardboard box. On the packaging however it said Serta. Also take your time spreading it out. It takes about a 1/2 hour to fully straighten out. Love it

We rented a motorhome for a two week vacation and got this to use just for the two weeks and it was worth every penny. The motorhome only had a very firm pad covered with vinyl. This on top of that was fantastic, the cover that comes with it was very nice and made the bed cool to sleep on, on the hot nights. But the cold night we were warm. There is a need to air it out for two weeks but after that no smell at all. I did have to open the window to the room I was using to air it out. After the two week I gave it to my daughter and she loves it.

Ridiculously AMAZING!! Slept on it for a week and then felt too guilty not buying two more for my kids!! Lol my back pain, shoulder pain is gone!! You melt into it ! I no longer toss and turn! I’m so so glad I got it! Sams did a great job , quick delivery!
