I purchase the Pillow Top for My Summer Place it streamly comfortable. it's as comfortable as my mattress that I have paid over $2,000.

Just received 4 (King, Queen, and 2 full). All are bright white except the queen which is yellowed and dingy. Contacted Sam's through chat and was told I needed to contact Serta. I contacted Serta and was told no they can't help me, I needed to contact Sam's.

This topper was scrunched into a box and we have never been able to get it straightened out. It is twisted and contorted. We followed the instructions but it never flattened. We even googled for a solution and application of heat from a hair dryer was suggested. We have tried this repeatedly but it has not made a difference. I need to return this to Sam's for a refund.

I Love this topper. I tried the 4in Gel Memory Foam 1st & was not satisfied so I got this one. It is the BEST Ever. I have Fibromyalgia, Back & Neck Issues, Sciatica & Bursitis so a full night sleep had been non existent. My 1st night on this Cloud I slept All Night.

I purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper King sized mattress for $3000 and it was way too firm for me and I woke up with lower back pain at age 31! So I purchased a King sized plush topper and oh my god... I woke up the next day in one blink of an eye, fully rested! This topper was so fantastic after 1-year of use, I purchased another one for my mom AND my Aunt! Then I got two more for my own home - one for my son’s bed and the other for the guest bed. My doctor husband loves this topper and wakes up fully rested from his tough schedule as an M.D. and a military pilot. He is ready to take on the day with renewed energy all thanks to Serta, so thank you Serta. Thank you very much for a good night’s sleep for our whole home and my relatives homes too!

Just love the pillow top

I love this topper & it's so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed in the morning, but the main reason I wanted to leave this review was in case anyone else has the same problem I did with unrolling it & leaving it flat for 72 hours and it STILL not looking at all right. I finally took a blow dryer on high heat and kind of held the topper apart just a little as I applied the heat on a section at a time & watched as it started to expand. It probably took 45 min altogether doing this & was a pain in the butt, but I didn't want to bother with returning it. So, if your topper comes out looking as crazy & hopeless as mine did, there is hope! :-)

We previously purchased this item, and loved it. Decided to get one for our daughter, and the item received showed up without the original packaging, and it appears to be urine stained. Customer service was horrible. Canceling our membership after this experience.

Arrived today from FedEx, took out of package and had HUGE stains all over it. After over an hour on the phone with "customer service", maybe someone is coming to pick it up? Was so excited to try it - with those stains, absolutely NOT. And "customer service" was laughable....

The topper had a big yellow steak down the entirety of it.
