I do a lot of baking with yeast so I appreciate the size of this package! Freeze what you don’t use?

I bake rye bread and this yeast works excellent. for my bread. I keep it in my freezer once I open it in an air tight container and it keeps well. take it out about 1 hour before you use it.

I waited for at least 3 months for Sam's to get Fleischmann's yeast back in stock. It is my favorite kind for baking bread, etc. and Sam's has the best buy on it that I have found anywhere. Thank's Sam's for finally getting it back in stock!!!

This is the best deal i have ever found on yeast. Breads and rolls come out perfect every time. Also- it lasts a really long time when it is kept in the fridge.

Great product that makes great bread. We bought it and it hasn’t disappointed. It stores easily in a mason jar in the fridge when the package is opened.

You get a lot of yeast for a very cheap price. It can last a long time especially if you put it in the refrigerator after opening. It makes my bread rise up beautifully.

Received the yeast in time for the holiday baking. One of the two packages was soft and the other was hard and shaped with four hard smooth sides. Only needed one package right now but do not know if the second one is useable.

I love Fleischmann's yeast, and - for someone who uses a lot of yeast - you simply can't beat this value. Keep in mind this is not active dry yeast (it's the instant type), so you might need to adapt.

Fleischmann's yeast is reliable. I have used it for years. The price at Sam's is excellent and it was delivered to my door. I bought a two pack, keep one in the freezer.
