Great, consistent product for my baking needs. Keeps well in the freezer until needed. Great deal for yeast. Only down side for me is they wouldn't ship to me, but that's a me problem.

Thanks to a garage sale cookbook for 10 cents years ago, I can now bake bread like the professionals. So this yeast package comes in handy when there will be no bread in the stores, courtesy of the Feds and who else is arranging for us to starve.

Have been using this yeast for years. So glad Sams stocks this. Way better price than the little packets or jars in the grocery stores. I store it in the freezer except for a small amount I keep in the fridge for weekly bread making.

Good price for a good product

I had some of this yeast in the freezer that I bought in 2007! I proofed it and made bread out of it 11 years later and the bread rose perfectly! I will never buy another brand!!!

The best part of this product is the size. No more running to the store at the last minute to get more yeast when one is in the middle of baking. Fleishman's Yeast is the best I have found and the only one I use. And of course…great value for the price.

Great value, IF you can keep it fresh and use it before it 'dies'.
