I have been making yeast recipes for 53 years and all my loaf bread and buns for years. Fleischmann’s Instant Dry Yeast 1lb package yeast is not only the best yeast to for that perfect product but Sam’s Club offers it at a price that is extraordinary economical. Over my 53 year’s of purchasing this yeast I have never found it at this amazing price. Just too unbelievable! Pat

Have been using this yeast for years. So glad Sams stocks this. Way better price than the little packets or jars in the grocery stores. I store it in the freezer except for a small amount I keep in the fridge for weekly bread making.

Thanks to a garage sale cookbook for 10 cents years ago, I can now bake bread like the professionals. So this yeast package comes in handy when there will be no bread in the stores, courtesy of the Feds and who else is arranging for us to starve.

Great for making your own bread

It usually ends up dying on me because I don’t use so much yeast within a few month period, but otherwise it’s amazing. I open a vacuum sealed pack when I’m about to bake something then I put the rest in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator. It lasts right about 3 months before slowly dying off. I’m usually able to use about a half a package. For the price though it’s worth it.

Great value, IF you can keep it fresh and use it before it 'dies'.
