Very comfortable. We bought two so far. One stays in place with no problem but the other slides on the mattress. I think it's better for a thicker mattress. Very comfortable. Even though the order instructions are numbered, read all the way through before you begin to avoid unpleasant expletives.

Disappointed in the way this was received (in a large brown cardboard box, not packaged all together. Also, it was too soft, not a firm section of the topper as shown on the website. Prefer a firm or extra firm mattress, which is the reason we purchased this topper in the first place. This was not the fault of Sam's Club and it may have been that we ordered incorrectly from the website.

I bought the pillow-top for my 9 year old son's bed which was my old full size bed. The mattress is over 20 years old and very stiff. Rather then spend hundreds of dollars for a new mattress, I thought I'd try this first and he loves. He is finally staying in his own bed rather than crawling into our more "cushy" bed.

I bought this to replace a standard foam mattress topper that we have had for many years. This new topper is extremely comfortable. For us, this worked well. Made our 6 yr old mattress much more comfortable and got restful sleep first night. We are glad we purchased. Just remember, it makes your bed taller, so now I feel I have to have a step stool to get on my bed, might not be smart for people with hip problems or limited mobility issues.

I received this as a Christmas present and just love it. We loved it so much , we got one for a family member. It does make your bed higher so if you have fury family members, it might be a little harder for them to get on. My husband is going to make us some steps. It does take some time getting use to. When you get in, you sink into a cloud and it feels sooo good . Moving takes a little effort but the comfort is so worth keeping.

I had a previous topper for years but lately my back had been aching. I thought that I might need a new mattress but bought this new topper instead. What a dream! There was nothing wrong with my mattress but with the old topper. The Serta bounces back after getting off. This was extremely helpful in saving me a huge amount of money. I am over the moon and have been telling all of my friends.

"Serta 4" Pillow-Top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper" -- The mattress only came with a pillow top w an attached mattress cover with no foam. i waited a few days for the pillow top/foam to expand, but did not expand. returned the item.. so disappointed, plus the box was in terrible shape and took a long time to arrive.

I had a rather hard mattress so I’ve decided to get a topper that can mold my body while I sleep sideways or make the gap on the back of my waist more supported if I lay flat. But this mattress, although not too thick still was too soft. I have soreness in the morning. I think there should be a way of support and softness coming to a balance. Unfortunately it’s still kinda on the softer side. But my kids really like it when they were rolling around on my bed. Maybe it’s me that need to get used to it.

We bought this because the extra twin bed we have is so hard you hurt after sleeping on it. My college-age son is sleeping on the new topper and says it's absolutely great. The memory foam is nice, but I also like the pillow top mattress pad. Altogether this has redeemed our old mattress and made it useable.
