This is the second mattress topper by Serta I've owned and I'm pleased that the only change seems to be in the cover for the pad which is not a bad thing. The topper is on my Serta mattress so what more can I ask for. The topper isn't used to rehab the mattress; I just like the "extra" it gives. Price is great for replacement every couple of years. I would definitely recommend this topper to anyone who just wants that little extra comfort.

This is our second Serta topper. It has made two over firm mattress is just perfect. I suggest this topper to anyone looking to fix a bed that is too firm. It doesn’t help with a slope in the middle, which means you need a new mattress. However, you can buy a coil/memory foam mattress that isn’t too expensive, in a firm, and add this topper to make it just like a mattress costing several thousand dollars.

This topper is heavy duty and makes our sleep right! We just purchased a king size serta pillowtop medium mattress but it slept more like a firm. It made my hips and shoulders ache (side sleeper). We thought about buying a new matress or just sleeping on our old mattress again, we gave this a topper a try. MADE OUR SLEEP RIGHT!! The price is worth the oooohhhhwwww feeling every time we get into the bed!

I was having hip pain, and slept in a soft bed and woke up pain free. This topper has helped to make my mattress softer and much kinder to my hips. Reasonably priced solution to a new mattress. Also, the box arrived damaged, and the memory foam was torn. The return process was very easy in store. Once I got it in the door they took care of me from there.

So we used this in our camper to go on top of the very thin and sad camper mattress. We have only used it for 3 nights, but it made sleeping soooo much better! Some reviews said it made people hot, we did not experience that and my husband and I like a cool sleeping environment. As far as smell, we laid it out on our spare bed about 5 days before use, there was a slight chemical smell in the room(almost like new carpet would smell) but when we put it in the camper 5 days later we did not notice it at all.

We have relatively new memory foam mattresses, split-king, which were on the lower priced side. I originally bought this only to cover the gap in the split-king. But this topper is amazing!!! I usually toss and turn quite a bit, but after putting this on the bed, I turn maybe once a night now. My wife and I are getting more REM sleep as we are both experiencing more dreams since using this. Our bed is now the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. It really is a joy to slip into bed each night. I recommend this topper to everyone, 100%.

YEARS. I WAS PRICING MATTRESS. AND THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE THEM LIKE THEY DID 20 YEARS AGO. .U COULD FLIP UR MATTRESSES OVER AND USE BOTH SIDES. NOW U CAN ONLY USE ONE SIDE AND THEY. COST TWICE AS MUCH.WHAT THE HECK!. SO ANYWAYS I DECIDED TO TRY A TOPPER INSTEAD. I LOOK AT A LOT OF THEM. AND READ THE REVIEWS. AND DECIDED TO TRY THIS THE QUEEN SIZE SERTA 4' PILLOW TOP AND MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER INSTEAD. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION THAT I COULD HAVE MADE. FELLS LIKE A BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE MATTRESS. I MUST SAY THIS ALSO THIS . I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN LATE FOR WORK. BUT THE FIRST NIGHT THAT I SLEEP ON THIS TOPPER. I WOKE. UP TWO HOURS LATE. BEST SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. . We purchased this on hopes to mimic the bed we slept in on a recent vacation. It for sure is very lofty and are satisfied with the description and what we received. Purchased a queen (vacay bed was a king)..that may be where the problem lies. The insert on initial lay down for the night is quite luxurious. I read in bed and looked forward to my time in the bed sinking into my read and softly sinking into the bed! BUT, once going to sleep for the night and once my husband was in bed too I found myself spending the whole night readjusting myself. I was being pulled into the center leaving 1/2 my body in squishy paradise a d the other half in luxury softness. It sounds minimal but just like you can tell if one foot is covered and one foot is uncovered (and you're not looking for "heat relief") its very bothersome. I think (for me) this works if you are alone (in any size bed) or you are sharing a king size bed..those beds are so massive it really is like having your own bed right next to each other. We are average people. 5'7" and 5'11", with normal weights. He is 180 and I am....less (haha). As for the foam being warm..yes, i would say it does make your sleep warmer...but for me i could have dealt with that, its the unlevel feeling from one side of body to other that i couldnt get past. We had this on our bed for almost 4 weeks. I spent several nights moved to couch. I woke up all the other times groggy and unaligned. I REALLY tried to adjust to this. We have removed it and actually cut it down to fit my daughters twin size bed. The verdicts still out. Her first morning actually, yesterday) was not a huge win, we'll see today. I will say its not causing her to wake up any earlier (like me)...she's still a teenager!!

This is not fiberfil . It doesn't have a gel memory foam pillow top either. It is exactly what it states on the box pictured. It's a 3 inch memory foam base with a quited protector that with a stretch of imagination can be considered 1 inch. Together they make a topper that's about 3.25 inches.

It was advertised to be a 4" cooling gel memory foam mattress topper but it did not have cooling gel at all. I was later told that the 4" pads are not made with cooling gel only the 3"or less size. That's false advertisement. The zipper on the pad topper was also broken when it arrived. I had to then pack up the fully expanded pad (which is a huge deal) and return it via FedEx for refund. I then ordered the 3" version of the pad, which did have the blue cooling gel and I'm satisfied with this purchase.
