This is NOT REURNABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to file my complaint with the BBB. Both SERTA and SAMS CLUB have refused to take this UNOPENED MATTRESS COVER THAT LOOKS LiKE IT HAS BEEN URINATED ON BACK! I'll NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

It saved me a new mattress purchase for now. My back pain has gone away from the mattress no longer supporting my 220 pounds. I can also sleep comfortably on my back for the first time. JUST REMEMBER, never sleep on these things until you allow them to vent or release all the toxic chemical odor they release upon opening. They are plastic/rubber in composition after all. We didn't sleep on it at all the first night. Left it extended in spare bedroom with windows open. We aired it out for four days before the odor was tolerable. Other than that, I'm a happy camper.

It’s all they advertised it to be. We got a queen size topper. It fits exactly. If you don’t have help putting it on be ready for a work out because it’s weighty. The fully zipped cover encases the whole thing. I’m in my 60’s and used to getting up about every 2 hours. Second night there was a span of 5 hours and woke in the same spot I laid down in. Saved us from buying another mattress for the bed for a while.

Chemical smell is strong out of box & weeks later can still smell. Can smell it in your clothes after sleeping on bed. Also warning labels with product says highly flammable! Still waiting for chemical smell to go away! Love how it feels. Conflicted on weather or not to return. Would recommend a better product without the chemical smell

I bought one of these a few months ago and wow was it sooo comfy like sleeping on a cloud. So I bought one for my son who has damaged nerves in his legs and wakes up constantly from the pain, he has been sleeping soundly through the whole night since he got it. Then I bought one for my mother-in-law who has arthritis and suffered from restless nights, she too is now sleeping comfortably all night long. Both say they are also sleeping on their backs instead of their sides now too. I suggest opening it on your bed, there is absolutely no smell and you can sleep on it within an hour or two.

We got our Serta pillow top, memory foam toppers the end of December. We have an adjustable bed system with two extra long twin mattresses make our king bed. The toppers were very easy to add to our existing mattresses. We could sleep on them that same night with no odor from the foam, and they were nicely plumped to their 4” fullness within hours. They are so comfortable!! We have been sleeping on them for nearly a month, and we have no complaints of any kind. For those that might want to know, the toppers do work very well on adjustable beds. It is easy to recommend this product.

I bought two of these a couple weeks ago for my children. My son had stopped sleeping in his bed and started sleeping in mine because he said his bed wasn't comfortable after i got these toppers my only problem is i cant get them out of there beds in the mornings because there so comfortable.

Bought two of these and had same result! First one I returned because it wouldn’t decompress (had big divots in it and there were areas that were so compressed they looked melted). Thinking I got a bad one I exchanged for another. Same result! I followed instructions and gave it plenty of time ( 5 days)but it was un unusable. What a pain to stuff it back in box …TWICE! Sam’s was very good about refunding my money though.

Let me start with, I have never written a review of a product before. This was such a great buy, I had to comment. I purchased this Serta topper for a guest bedroom. I ordered the king. This mattress pad is more comfortable and made better than the Temperpedic topper I have on my personal bed. I paid $400 for the 3 inch Temperpedic pad and $180 for the Serta. The Temperpedic is nice, but nowhere close to the Serta. I highly recommend this Serta topper. You will be so happy you got this wonderful topper. As a side note, I have ewncouraged 3 close friends purchse this topper in the past 3 months and they love it.

After airing out on a sun porch for several days, I tried to put it on the bed and make the bed up. I couldn't stay in the room with it for more than a few minutes. The smell was so strong it caused an allergic reaction, i.e. my sinuses wouldn't stop draining down my throat and causing me to cough incessantly. I got the bed made, but it is in a guest bedroom so no one has slept on it yet. I've kept the ceiling fan going ever since, hoping that the smell would gradually dissipate. I guess we will see if it's usable when we have our next guest. I asked the maker to warn people of the possible health risks, but they just said 'if you don't like it, return it to the store as defective'. So much for customer satisfaction and concern for their customer's well being.
