Once he got these, my furniture legs, shoe laces, socks, fingers, toes etc were soooo much safer. He preferred this over any of those and happily chewed on these until exhaustion set in for biting. Love these things, well, actually my dog loves these things. I haven't tasted them personally...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very skeptical when it comes to what my 3 year old mixed dog will try and like, she’s very picky to say the least. I picked up the small chew stick with bison because I knew she had never tried bison. Her first reaction was curiousness and she picked it up and walked away with it so I wouldn’t know if she liked it or not. Next day I found it chewed down to a nub! I gave her another one next day and she did the same thing! Needless to say she loves them and I’ll be a repeat customer!

They are good for our 60+ pounds dogs. The Description says DO NOT GIVE TO PUPPIES so that is why you see lesser stars for ppl who've given to their puppies. Puppies eat way too fast. Do Not Give to Puppies. My dogs love them, but anything different than their dog food is exciting to them. They do not get table scraps and we do change the flavor of their dog food so it doesn't get boring for them (would you like to eat the same thing every meal?) so these are a great treat away from the daily dog food.

Our two dogs are nuts for these things. They're such strong chewers that it doesn't take them more than about 5 minutes to dispense with one of them, but it's apparently 5 minutes of intense joy. Our two dogs often have some allergies and/or stomach issues, but these don't seem to bother them at all. The bag of 16 from Sam's Club is a great buy. It's hard to compare the prices because all the other retailers sell bags with different size bones and with different quantities. But at the current price ($17.28), a bag from Sam's averages about $1.08 for each bone and the cheapest you can find the equivalent size bones elsewhere is about $1.48 each. Chewy's price is $2.00 each for the same size bones.

Bones and other treats that take longer to eat usually upset his stomach resulting in a mess to clean up. He loves these and no tummy troubles. I give him these when people come over and I want him to leave them alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Prime bones rawhide chew stick with wild venison and unfortunately my poor dog couldn’t enjoy it. Not sure as to the reason why except that maybe it was because the dog chew was too hard for her little teeth. I tried cutting it up myself and it was hard but i was able to shave a few pieces here and there for her. She didnt finish it. I think if this was a bit softer she would have enjoyed it. This is probably more for a bigger dog than a smaller one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs and one of mine cant have hard treats cause he eats them to fast and this was the first time he actually sat there and chewed the whole thing! My smaller 87lb dog had a little bit of a harder time as they were a little to hard for him. But as far as my other dog goes i will be getting a lot more of these for him as he finally likes the flavor enough to eat them like he should and they are mess free when the do get broken into pieces which i love so i don't have a huge mess to clean up after they are done.

I bought these based on the reviews even though they were pricey. My dog is a fairly large male sheltie. He chews on anything and everything, except these "Prime Bones". He politely will carry them to the back yard never to be touched again. He will definitely chew on plastic and even though these look like dark green plastic. He will not chew on these.

Even though I has given him a bone, he kept trying to get the rest of them out of the bag by clawing at the bag and attempting to tear the plastic open with his teeth. My dog knows the smell of venison because we are deer hunters and he’s been around the real thing. He enjoyed these wild venison chews. What I liked was that it cleans his teeth and freshen his breath. Kept him busy for a long while. I will be recommending these wild venison chews to my family and friends who have a dog.
