[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an Alaskan Malamute and she just turned eight years old. She is starting to get stubborn and pretty tired. I opened the package and she sprang up like a young pup! Rory could smell the treats from three rooms away. She's not very interested in doing tricks for treats anymore (I think because of age). When she came into the room she instantly handed me her paw. I was extremely surprised to see her so excited about something! After handing her paw, Rory ran off with Prime Bone Chewy Stick and started chomping away. It lasted a very long time for such a big dog. Normally, chew sticks or treats don't last very long with her. My favorite part about the Chew Sticks with Venison is the limited amount of ingredients. I was impressed that the list was so short and I was actually able to pronounce and read all the items! I don't have to wonder or worry about what I'm giving her because I know it's all healthy. Also, it didn't leave too much of a mess. Most doggy sticks leave crumbs everywhere and it's a big clean up. I didn't have that problem with this item! We already plan on purchasing more when we do our weekly shopping. I believe this will be a great, healthy treat she can stick with for a while.

Everytime I tried to give it to her she would either turn away or just walk off so I gave it to my sister inlaw to see if her dog would enjoy it, thinking maybe my pup was just being picky this time, but he wouldn't even touch it.

I had never seen him have the zoomies before over a treat, which definitely moves this up on my list of must haves .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these because they have a low crude fat percentage. One of my dogs is prone to pancreatitis and can't have fatty snacks. They both took them willingly, but abandoned them quickly. I'm not sure why, but my dogs didn't like them.

Once she was done, she looked at me for more and wagged her tail! I took her for a walk instead and waited until the next day to give her another! She loved and I loved that she did also!

She eats just about anything so I don't know how much that says for the product but I liked the ingredients and flavor. I usually purchase a different brand of this type of dog treat and I think I will be switching if I can find it at a store near me or order online for a comparable price.

I said I might or might not buy it cause they seemed to be able to inhale it pretty quick and I like my dogs to be able to take longer with something to enjoy it more. I don't like to pay high prices for 30 seconds of my dog inhaling it.

However, it definitely doesn't last long, and I'd be slightly concerned about it becoming a choking hazard once it has been chewed down enough. It wasn't much of an 'antler' shape, in my opinion, but dogs don't really care about appearances, so that's not a big deal.
