Good time-consuming treat

My pup ate one of these treats. One hour later vomited blood x2. Gums white, panting, weak. Rushed to pet ER. Xrays found roughly shaped METAL measuring 0.8mm to 0.9cm in her GI tract. Filed a report with the FDA & notified Sam's of the lot number.

My pit bull absolutely loves Prime Bones. She will follow any command to get this bone, then she briefly tosses it around, then will consume the bone over 10-15 min period. 
No mess, does not have an unpleasant odor.
