We apologize for any inconvenience you and your dog, Rudy, have experienced. We recently removed the ingredient 'added color' from our Moist & Meaty recipes. In addition, we also updated our packaging. If your dog, Rudy, refuses to eat the recipe, we would recommend you continue to feed the product, as it may take 7–10 days for your dog to adjust. It is not uncommon for a dog’s system to grow accustomed to a slight change in the product. Once your dog adjusts to the new product without added color, we would expect them to enjoy it as much as the old product. If the situation continues, please consult and work with your veterinarian.
