Soy flour, soy grits, & High Fructose Corn Syrup !! Not only is it a WHY! But it's the first 3 ingredients. Dogs should not be eating that stuff. Shoot, humans shouldn't be eating it either. But still, why in dog food? Yikes.

Although the ingredient list includes beef by-products, high fructose corn syrup, and soy, this is one of the few foods my 14-yr old Jack Russell will eat. That in itself is good enough for us.
