Great taste, super value (about $1 per can compared to my area stores). Will buy again, when back in stock online (I lucked out my 1st time getting it online, as it was available.). Wish it would be available at the Sam's Club stores.

Awesome spam and eggs, spam and cheese omelet, spam fried rice and spam and noodle. Now I am hungry going to make spam and eggs. But really spam is a great protein and tasty.

I no longer use salt at all in any of my food!! This was a pleasant surprise; the big issue is the stir doesn't always have it?!?!? The always have the regular but not the lower sodium!! I would buy this product again, very good

I lived on this when I was deployed to Iraq. Just make a few slices. Pop it in the microwave, get some sliced cheese. Put them in some bread. This was my lunch most of the time. I love SPAM.

I don't taste the difference from regular spam. I am supposed to cut down on the salt intake and this is one way to do it. Spam and eggs is an all time fav.

We love this spam, and with less sodium, makes it better for everyone. I don't notice the difference between this one and the classic spam, you really don't miss the sodium! Classic spam taste that I love!

For 3 shipments in a row, at least one can has been compromised, and there is green, rotten meat and insects. I'm not saving any money and it's gross.

I love SPAM but the lower sodium version it's still too high in salt. Please cut it back to at most 18%. It should still remain fresh at that percentage without needing additional preservatives. Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like to fry it for breakfast. There isn't as much sodium as the regular so it fits into our lower salt diet. The taste is always great. We always have multiple cans on hand!
