Very Tasty with the lower sodium. Sodium taste didn’t bother me as a kid but as an adult cannot handle the regular spam.

We are being cautious with ur sodium. Having L.S spam is great! Taste just as good as the original.

I tried it and it kind of tastes like bologna. It will definitely need to be mixed with something like rice. Even the low sodium is salty but that’s what preserves it. When you’re hungry you’ll eat it.

This version is my work-around being on a low salt diet. I grew up with Spam and there are some dishes that just does not look or taste right without Spam in it.

Haven’t had spam in YEARS! When there is a reduced sodium, that would be the one to try as it’s HIGH in sodium. Can’t wait to have this with grits, eggs and toast for breakfast! Will edit or add another update if I remember after trying!
