I usually just slice it and fry it up. Add a little of sriracha ketchup or Country Bobs sauce and it is awesome! Sometimes I will dice it up with potatoes and make Spam hash too!

I like it in the refrigerator cold and sliced or I like it fried spam and toast is amazing for breakfast grilled spam and cheese sandwiches there are so many ways to enjoy this classic

The reason SPAM gets a bad rap is because of the sodium nitrate, but if you like high fat low carb diets it fits in very well. I LOVE it fried! Fried in a cast iron skillet!! Just the smell of it frying will make your mouth water.
