Metamucil

I originally tried Metamucil as an appetite suppressant, and it does that job fairly well. It can kill the aching emptiness that you feel when you start to get hungry. I never thought that I had any GI issues, but my digestive system also works MUCH better since I have been doing 1 or 2 doses of this stuff per day. At my last checkup my weight was down, and my cholesterol and blood-sugar were also much better, which could all be positive side-effects of this product. I wish that I had started this years ago. I have tried generic fiber-drink clones of Metamucil, but I found them much “sandier” in comparison. You do need to dink this stuff down promptly or it gels in the glass.
