Don't like the flavor

This fiber desolves well in water. I don't mind the orange taste ,which is a plus. I have used this for years. It helps keep my digestive system regular.

I have had severe constipation, most of my adult live, I now do 2 tsp daily first thing each morning before coffe, I am more regular now than I have been my whole life.

I take this three times a day and it has helped with my overall health. Along with a god diet and exercise it has also kept my cholesterol and liver fats low

Been using this for over 6 years on and off, and always purchase it from Sam’s. And I realize it’s not a Sam’s issue but they have shrank the container down, and still paying the same price. It works good me

This is standard sugar free Metamucil (psyllium+orange citrus flavor+sweeteners+food color). Walmart has an “Equate” store brand of this stuff that costs a lot less. Sam’s should do the same.

Meta was recommended by my doctor after my colonoscopy showed diverticulosis. It’s easy to use and the taste is okay. I would prefer flavorless, but benefiber doesn’t work for me.
