Does what it should for keeping BM regular. You need to mix it with water fast or else it will become thick and not so good but When it is mixed quickly and you drink it quickly it is very good. Good taste.

Metamucil is very hard to find these days. And it's hard to find it with sugar and not sugar free. This is the best bargain I found on the internet. I didn't find any other seller selling this much of Metamucil at only $31.00. Very pleased with my purchase.
