Metamucil tastes better and dissolves better than the store brands. It is definitely worth paying a little more for.

Does what it should for keeping BM regular. You need to mix it with water fast or else it will become thick and not so good but When it is mixed quickly and you drink it quickly it is very good. Good taste.

Started this about two weeks ago with meals and already seeing better glucose numbers! I’ve even been able to half my prescription blood glucose meds thanks to adding this to my daily routine.

I had been using Metamucil to keep a regular constitution and decided to switch to Benefiber. Switching was a HUGE mistake and ended HARD to pass. I tried increasing the dose and frequency but it was like pelosi tearing trump’s state of the union address in half. I returned to Metamucil and my constitution was no longer hanging by a thread. I felt light as a feather and no longer dropped submarines. My troubles floated nicely away.
