Very effective in reducing pain fr On arthritis, fibromyalgia , and any inflammatory joint pain. I also rub my feet at night for pain due to Neuropathy and I get enough relief to help me fall asleep from the discomfort. Excellent product.

Great Product!

After consulting with my Primary Care Physician, and being referred to a Specialist who recommended a colonoscopy to rule out a possible serious problem, the verdict was in. IBS, a condition that has caused so many different symptoms, from discomfort to mucous like blood streaked stools. The recommendation was to try a "sample" of ALIGN. Seven (7) white capsules, one per day. "Call the office, let me know if these help." Skeptical as I was, the next morning, I took #1, second morning, #2, near the end of the day I realized I'd not had one incident all day, no discomfort, no bowel issues. By the morning of the 3rd day, I was fine. I finished the sample box, purchased a box of Align to continue taking. I couldn't imagine not taking them ever again. A month later, I decided that like so many products a less expensive one may be just a good. I purchased, the next lowest priced probiotic, not so good, then I purchased a store brand. A lesson I've learn time and time again. Before I knew it I was right back in the same discomfort and problems that I had experienced before. Never again. The question? Who knows best, the Gastroenterologists who are the specialists who deal with these bowel issues every day, of course. I will never try another brand. ALIGN works, and I have learned from experience that it is so worth the few dollars difference.

I've been taking Align for several years with great results; however, ever since they changed the probiotic strain from Bifidobacterium "INFANTIS" 35624 to Bifidobacterium "LONGUM" subsp. longum 35624 it no longer works. Procter & Gamble, please change it back!!
