This was recommended by an ER doctor when my daughter took a lot of prescribed medications so her stomach would not be upset. Now I take a lot of meds and so I tried it and it works very well.

This particular item does exactly what it claims to be able to do. It’s easy to take and helps my digestive system more so well that I can give up any kind of laxatives or anything like that.

These probiotics seem to work well, I feel good! Capsules are smaller than most, easier to swallow. My only complaint would be the packaging. What a waste! Each week is separate, each day is individually sealed. Seems like a big waste to me.

I take align capsule early in the morning daily. I always have several bowel movements. However, I do drink 2 cups of brewed decaffeinated dark roast coffee and one cup of brewed chai tea with ground cinnamon. The probiotic works.
