Align is the best Probotic I have ever used. It was first suggested by my PCP, after I had just recovered from a bout with bacterial food contamination from a restaurant.

They do cause bloating, fullness and discomfort in general and for that reason I didn’t continue to take them, but it recommends you to continue taking them even if you do develop these symptoms.
