I have a Lactose Intolerance and a Sucrose Intolerance. It’s very hard for me to eat a diet without Sucrose and Lactose-free products are uncommon/expensive in my area. Therefore, I end up having to go to the bathroom a lot. I’m going to be traveling a whole more than usual and hate public restrooms, so I wanted to find a product that MIGHT subdue the horrible side effect that comes with eating/drinking lactose and sucrose. This product was a long shot, and even though it just helps with having a healthy gut, it has helped soothe my bowels after I eat foods with lactose and/or sucrose. Therefore, I give this product 5 stars. IT’S EXPENSIVE, so I hope it becomes a bit cheaper in the future. I want to make this clear, though, that this product isn’t meant to do what it did for me; I was just trying it for the heck of it since I was miserable, and it somehow worked!

This item was pictured as a hermetically sealed pack. But when it came it was in a bottle. I have been buying Align in hermetically sealed packs for over 10 years because it preserves the live bacteria . I’ve even tried buying probiotics in a bottle, but I end up sick so it’s very important for me medically to get the sealed packs as pictured. Very disappointed Align is trying to change this product… and that they’re engaging in false advertising by sending me the loose pills in a bottle when the sealed pack was pictured.

I have used other brands and tried other brands of this pre-probiotic. it just so happened to be that one time it was not available in the generic form or Spring Valley or any of the others so I knew I needed it so I bought align dual biotic. I never buy name brands because I usually can tell everything is the same even with the generic. but this is different I could take the other gummies and they work but not near as good. I have tested them out to make sure because a line is very much more expensive but for something that works this good I will spend the money because I know it has something to do with how healthy I am. some things are too personal to explain. I know this is what I need to keep being healthy at 65 years old.

not bad but paying over 20 dollars for this is really absurd. the one reason I wont purchase again. not a bad product. but I can just get plain kefir and drizzling honey in it, plus it makes for a healthy snack, and same probiotic benefits. and can stick to the other supplements - for example. unfortunately the high price is the dealbreaker, sorry Align! thanks for reading.

I took these for about 2 months, and at some point I started getting this weird stomach ache/cramp everyday. I started taking 2 doses since it says you can. That actually helped, but it never went away. I really hate it because they helped my digestion as well as my sleep and energy. I was definitely sleeping better, but I couldn't get over thr stomach situation.

This product helps me a lot, especially after having colon cancer and 16" of my colon cut out out. System worked differently after that but Align dual biotic helps big time with digestion and aids in keeping things on tract. My GI doctor recommended I try this product.

I have IBS and so far after taking 1 pill a day, for over a month, I havent had any flare ups. I also like the press pop way of getting the pills out of their aluminum packet. They stay super fresh when you take them and they don't degrade as some do bottled.

My daughter has been taking this probiotic after being overmedicated with antibiotics by ER doctors (it's a LONG story). We took her to the Pediatric gastrologist because she kept experiencing stomach pains. The Dr. said that she thought her system was just "out of whack" and she just needed to "reboot" it i.e. level out the good bacteria vs bad bacteria in her gut. She also felt pockets of gas bubbles in her gut. For treatment, she recommended Align as her personal favorite, so we purchased it. The texture of the gummies is more on the softer side (kind of melt in your mouth when bitten) and the taste is bearable but not as good as a fruit snack. As far as effectiveness goes...I think it's working. My daughter started farting a lot and hasn't been complaining of stomach pains anymore so that's a major plus. She also seems to be using the restroom more consistently. So, I would say that it does work with digestive regularity. I don't know if it is due to these gummies or if it is just some type of growing changes she is enduring right now, but it's worth mentioning that she has been sleeping until very late hours in the morning (like 10-11am) since she's been taking these gummies. That is completely abnormal for her since she usually wakes up no later than 9am maybe 9:30 the most. I'm thinking it may be the gummies but i'm not sure. I'll definitely ask the Gastrologist @ next app. Overall, these pills seem to be working in our case so we would recommend. But note that there is a possibility that it might cause fatigue and everyone is different so what works for one...might not work for the other. Hope this helps!

Align Probiotic Supplement is an essential daily product that helped with a problem that I was having with my digestive system. It could've caused even larger issues had I not taken care of it.
