Align consistently works for my ibs with diarrhea. The bacteria found in align is a specific gut bacteria different than most probiotics. I have used this for a few yeats now and I am happy with the results.

I'm in my 70's and I alternate between probiotic brands (Align, Culturelle Members Mark). Align is the most expensive but I caught it on sale. Best price I've seen in a while. Probiotics seem to help my body's digestive system and that helps because I like sweets and red meats!

I don't know what they put in these gummies, but they work like nothing else I've tried and I've tried everything. I tried the gummies and the capsules. The capsules seemed too strong leaving me with a lot of cramping and bloating. The gummies just work best for me. I have battled constipation, diarrhea and vomiting every day for 30 years. Align gummies straightened my gut out in 30 days! As long as I take Align everyday I no longer have any of those problems. I finely feel free to leave my home!

I neeeded to buy this brand of probiotics for one probitoc in particular that I was lacking for proper digestion. My dietician told me to take 1 capsule daily for 2 months to replentish my gut. I feel somewhat less bloated after 1 month, but I'm hoping it will be better yet after the second month. At any rate, I figured good bacteria can't hurt, so will finish the 2nd month as well.

I've struggled with stomach issues on and off the last 15 years, mainly diarrhea. I would usually be okay if I avoided fried foods or too much dairy but over the last year it started getting worse again. Every time I would go out for a walk I always made sure there was a bathroom nearby since I never know what could trigger it. It was embarrassing. I talked to my doctor and after blood tests and stool tests were all normal as they had been in the past, my doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist who suggested I try Align. I don't think it has "cured" me completely but it has definitely reduced how often I get diarrhea; and even if I do get diarrhea it isn't as uncomfortable as it used to be and I don't get any more than 1 or 2 episodes of diarrhea in a given day. I do still get diarrhea 1 or 2 times a month but it is not so bad. I've been taking it for about 8 months. Align is not a cure all for IBS issues but it does help a lot.

it works good for me ,it helps with my bloating when I eat even though you have to watch what you eat and the best for me I go every morning after I drink it after I finish my coffee ,no constipation. I was buying the generic and it wasn't helping me much so I change to the original which it has a number next to the ingredients I think is 34325 but if it's for your health it's better to buy the original align. I rather invest in wellness than in medicine
