The box that I purchased the pour spout was busted not opening but when I got it open the metal piece fell inside the box and now the soap will spill out all over and the dishes are not coming out clean

After experiencing with finish I tried this one and I love it better. It does not clean left over stains like the other brand and i feel like the dishwasher itself gets a clean too? It doesnr smell bad after tons of washing

Using this product destroyed the finish on an aluminum ice cream scoop and the finish on the rivets used on an expensive set of Wolfgang Puck pots, turned the aluminum to a rough darker finish.
