For the most part I have been very happy with Cascade Dawn action pacs which I just started using. But today when I went to get a pac there were two stuck together. When I pulled them apart, both pacs broke and I had blue gel spilling out.

When I take my dishes, pans and silverware out of the dishwasher I have to rewash them. They have a white grimy layer of soap over everything. Disgusting!

I have been using Cascade complete for a month now. It leaves granuals on my dishes, and the glasses all need to be rinsed manually. I use very hot water, and don't understand why this is happening. I have used your liquid dishwasher for years.
