[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried targets up, but it hadn't really cleaned the dishes without ore washing before I put the dishes in the washer. I had bought tide detergent and it had a trial Pack of cascade on the container. I accidentally grabbed a cascade pod rather than the target brand. My dishes were cleaned thoroughly without a prewash. I was sold from that point on. I'll never use another brand!

I purchased your sample pack of Cascade Complete action pacs, four to a pack. Now I remember why I stopped using Cascade in the first place. It left residue on my dishes and my pots weren't clean, my plates weren't clean and I practically cleaned them with a thorough rinsing before I put them in the dishwasher. I am so glad I did not invest in a full size bag. It left like a dusty film over my dishes...glasses included. OMG, and my silverware looked like I used them in the garden. I had to handwash all of dishes. I could have saved time by doing that in the first place and would have had my money in my pocket also.

I've been using the cascade all-in-1 action pacs for about 3 years now. About 6 or 8 months ago, I noticed a gritty residue all over my drinking glasses. At the time, I thought perhaps I had put something in the dishwasher that shouldn't have gone in there, and that caused the residue. It almost felt like glitter stuck to the outside of the cups!! I had no idea, but was almost certain I was to blame. I ended up buying a new set of glassware this year for Christmas.. I have continued using the cascade action pacs, never once thinking they were the culrpit, until tonight when my husband went to empty the dishwasher, and our entire LOAD of glasses was covered in the gritty residue!! I'm so irked! After spending almost an hour trying to scrub each glass by hand (which, it would come off, but required a TON of scrubbing!!), I decided to look it up and see if it was an issue with my dishwasher.. lo and behold, I come accross this review thread, with several others complaining of the same thing! I'm currently re-running my glasses with vinegar in HOPES that it removes the grittiness.. but, regardless, I will no longer be buying the action pacs!! It's quite a shame, because I've always felt as though cascade does a great job removing food and grime off my dishes.. it's just very unfortunate to have had this happen again! Very glad I looked it up before going out and buying a 3rd set of new glasses!!! Ugh! Definitely not how I planned to spend my night!

I seldom use presoak anymore and l always use short load because l don't need the other settings on my automatic dishwasher to get the dishes clean. Thank you for giving me a happy ending to my day.

I have been a loyal cascade consumer for years but this product does not work. I have tried it in 2 different dishwashers with the same results. The pack doesn't fully dissolve and the dishes don't get clean. I just threw it away and went to a different brand for the first time in almost 10 years.

I swore by these when I started using them in 2009. I have been very dissatisfied for about the last 6 mo- my dishes come out greasey and dirty with stuck on food. The packs stick in the dispenser and do not dissolve. I'm tired of rewashing my dishes.

I don't need to pre-wash dishes to put in the dishwasher, it removes food particles and leaves my dishes sparkling and dry!! What I like best is that it's ONE STEP and ONE PRODUCT to clean dishes!!!!!

I was surprised on how well this product worked and how EASY it was to use. I seen a huge difference with this product vs powder! My dishes where clean and dry! Yes I will be using this more, but first I must finish the current one first. Waste not want not!
