This is my favorite brand for dishwasher detergent. I've never had any issues with it not dissolving or my dishes not being clean. I like having it in this tub because it makes it a lot easier to grab them out versus ones that have a ziplock seal and you have to go fishing for it. These have never failed me and I don't have to make sure my dishes are completely clean before loading it

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher with the hard disposal. The Cascade complete pacs were recommended. when I used this product about the 3rd time, apparently the wapper pac did not disolve and clogged up in the disposal part of my dishwasher. Thank God the dishwasher was still under warrently. I will stick to the gel.

I have been using Cascade Powder for.. ever and have been a very satisfied customer. When I could not find the usual product on the shelf, I bought the new (?) version with Dawn. Right away, I started noticing a strange film on my serving spoons and glasses. They seem all ruined. I could not believe my eyes and dismissed the incident. However, after a few loads, I had to admit it: Cascade Powder is ruined. I want my Cascade Powder (and my money) back. Please take this product off the market ASAP. Why ruin a great thing?

A few months ago, because of great coupons, I tried "Finish". I purchased 2 packages, before I had finished using the 2nd one, I started noticing my dishes weren't getting clean. I first thought perhaps my diswasher was not doing as good a job as it used to. Then it occured to me perhaps the new automatic dishwashing product "Finish" was gradually allowing a build up and not getting them as clean. I switched back to Cascade and am once again happy with my dishes. I am one of those who rarely rinses dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I figure if I have a dishwasher it should clean them completely. If I have to do them by hand I don't need a dishwasher (other than me). So in the machine they go with my Cascade, and no more problems! Thanks for a product that does what you advertise, consistantly. Brenda

The other day I bought a package of your all in 1 action pacs to try in my dishwasher. Well, I have to be honest and say that the pacs do not work as advertised. Some of my dishes came out having a white grain film on them; almost like white sand. Those dishes had to be washed a second time. Also, the package says that the pacs remove 24 hour stuck on grease; that is simply not true. I tested the pacs by putting some very dirty dishes into my dishwasher and they came out as dirty as when they went into the dishwasher. My consensus on this product: not worth the money. I will be going back to my store brand dishwasher soap; at least it gets my dishes clean.

I have loved and used Cascade for years. As I have aged, I have had more and more difficulty opening the lids of the liquid bottles. I shared this with my sister and she was having the same difficulty. I found the answer....it is Cascade Complete! It is easy to open, fun to use, and it is a product that I can use even when my hands are painful. Thank you Cascade! I didn't want to compromise by buying another product. Now I don't have to. I get the wonderful Cascade shine and clean and can easily open and close the package. I love it! PS. I shared this with my sister so she can use it too. Sandy

When I purchased Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs, I was just about to say that this was the LAST product I was ever going to try, all the other's "SAID" they worked...but didn't...Was I ever surprised!!! Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs are the GREATEST EVER!!!! They clean everything...and I mean everything you put in your dishwasher!!! A little bit pricey-but SO worth it!!! You WON'T be sorry when you try them!!
