[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried so many brands and so many clean one or the other but not both. I have a 1 year old stainless steel dishwasher and this is the only product that cleans it to a brand new shine. It is worth the cost.

Ever since I discovered Cascade Complete it has made dishwashing a breeze. I love what it does for my dishes. I do not prewash(Why do you have a dishwasher if you are going to wash them any way?) my dishwasher is one of the lower price range washers & the dishes come out looking like I had done a lot of work. Cascade does the work for me!!! You would think I had one of those expensive dishwashers too! No one new till now how easy it was for me to do dishes!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Cascade Gel packs, I was amazed at how much cleaner my dishes and glasses looked! I had not realized the residue that was on my glasses until they were truely clean. It is my new favorite product!

I used to absolutely LOVE Cascade Complete. Most recently I purchased the Citrus Breeze Scent- and it didn't wash my dishes very well. I now have to wash my dishes TWICE after using this product. The point of using a dishwasher is so I don't have to wash them myself- the machine will do it for me. Now, I'm finding myself SCRUBBING the soap off of my dishes. Considering this, as well as environmental costs, financial costs, and just the extra time it takes for me to use this product, I will NOT be buying again soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought we needed a new dishwasher. I saw a commercial for Cascade Platinum and gave it a try. I no longer have to “wash” my dishes before they go in our dishwasher. Cascade Platinum has made our old dishwasher functional again! Very impressed!

I remember a time that dishes were done by hand. Everyday you would soap up the sink and get to scrubbing in scolding hot water. When we got our first dishwasher it was a big WHEEEW we tried other brands that left us with food still stuck. Might as well wash by hand.... UNTILLLL We used Cascade. Couldnt believe the difference. Clean dishes. Im not longer a maid. I continue to use Cascade. I hit start on the washer and take a nap.

I tried the Cascade pacs on recommendation from my sister. I'd say 80-90 percent of the time the pacs don't dissolve. I put them in the holder, close the door, and when the cycle is done, the door is open and the pac is still intact or mostly intact. Sometimes it has begun to dissolve and there's a big smear of blue and gel mixed in with powder left in the dispenser. After trying these on maybe 10-12 loads, I got tired of re-running loads of dishes. I'm back to a box of powder. Pointless and wasteful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using Cascade Complete Action Packs because they are so easy to use. Unlike other action packs that need unwrapping Cascade is ready to use, just pop them in and your set. You will also be just as delighted when you open your dishwasher to perfectly clean dishes. No stuck on food or water spots here, just sparkling clean dishes!

I have been useing Cascade for the past 40 years. Why did you need to change your product? All my stainless steel pots that were shinny are now all a awful looking dark grey. I have to scrub them by hand with brillo or sos to get them to shine again. My husband helped with the dishes last night and now my pots look awful again. I bought the large 48 Complete size with blue and green liquid in it. I have used the powder in the past but it doesn't always disolve. I do not have hard water, so that is not the problem. I decided to throw out the rest of my Cascade as I do not have a receipt to get a refund.

Prior to using this producut, Iconsidered replacing my dishwasher, as I was un-happy with the results I was getting. I live alone, and do not run the dishwaher every day, I wait until it is full. I was usng Cascade Powder at that time. Once I started using Cascade Complete, I was delighted with how clean the dishes as well as the silverware, turned out! At this time I will not be replaceing my dishwasher. Thanks for producing such a wonderful product.
