After rinsing our dishes and putting them in the dishwasher, we found that they were cleaner before we put them in. This product left a gross white grainy film on all of our dishes. Thinking it may be our water, we ran an empty cycle with with white vinegar (this has been best method for us to clean our dishwasher). The next time we ran our dishes with this product, more white grainy film. I was very embarassed to pull out a glass to offer a freind something to drink only to have to wash the glass after pulling them out of the dishwasher. I will not be using this product ever again. I'd rather find a better product. With 6 children, I don't have time to hand wash everything...unless they do it themselves. Perhaps I've found my solution!

I have purchased cascade for over 28 years. The new formulation doesn't work. It is ruining my dishes. I just remodeled my kitchen and put in a $2,000 ASKO dishwasher and the repairman indicated it is your product that is ruining my new dishwasher. Please bring back the old formula. Like the other reviews, I would give this a negative star if I could and would tell everyone "Never Buy Cascade" it will ruin your dishwasher and dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its easy to use --- for the most part it does its job --- I do find some residue it leaves on the walls of my dishwasher sometimes but I just throw some bleach and run the dishwasher and its gone. Can be a little pricey it depends on where you buy it --- but it is a good value.

They really do a good job cleaning the dishes in the washer. I had plates full of spaghetti stains and all were clean! My glasses are where I can tell it really works, no soap residue.

I've used Cascade for years and I've always had great results, even when my dishwasher wasn't working at it's best. I've tried other brands to save a few bucks but they left my dishes looking dull or left spots all over them. Cascade leaves them shiny and bright!

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher with the hard disposal. The Cascade complete pacs were recommended. when I used this product about the 3rd time, apparently the wapper pac did not disolve and clogged up in the disposal part of my dishwasher. Thank God the dishwasher was still under warrently. I will stick to the gel.
