[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade Platinum ActionPacs for several years. My dishes and glasses come out sparkling clean and I don't have to prerinse them. I've tried other brands and am never as satisfied as I am with Cascade Platinum.

My daughter and I were at Walmart the other day doing our weekly shopping. As we went into the cleaning supply isle I was saying to my daughter, "I need to find a different dishwashing detergent. I am so tired of the white film all over our dishes. Even the rinse agent isn't working." There was an older woman standing there who overheard my comment. She told me that she had had the same problem but found that using the Cascade Action Paks in the wash cycle and a small amount of regular Cascade in the prewash part had cleared up her dishes. Well by this time I was willing to try anything. My dishes were looking so bad I was embarassed to let anyone see them and had to hand wash anything I personally wanted to use. So I decided to give it a try. I was so amazed that after just the first wash with Cascade my dishes showed noticeable improvemnt. I continued using it and before long my dishes were sparkling again. I am so pleased with the results that I tell everyone I know. I will never switch dishwashing detergents again. Cascade has totally turned around the way my diswasher cleans. Thank you Cascade!

I tried eveything to get my dishes clean in my dishwasher including calling the manufacturer for assistance. After buying Cascade Complete and using it, I gave all the other brands to my children including other gel pacs. It is worth every penny to save myself time in the kitchen. Before Cascade Complete, I was rewashing dishes by hand and furious that my brand new dishwasher was not getting the job done. I am now very relieved and satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product because it was advertised that no prewashing was necessary. I did rinse the dishes before loading in the dishwasher. The dishes came out with a white powder dusting on them and some of the dishes felt gritty. I hand washed the dishes in Dawn and donated the Cascade to the Goodwill. I went back to the Cascade Gel and am very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i often load my dishwasher and don't run it till it's full and that can be a day or 2 sometimes...I'm not great at "completely " rinsing before I load so food stays on dishes for up to 2 days in the dishwasher...this product washes away ALL food and leaves NO residue on my dishes. and also drys with no streaks...dishes come out spotless..

I used to routinely find caked on food on my "clean" dishes with other products. With Cascade Platinum, I rarely if ever encounter that problem. It even gets dried on food out of the forks!

I have just recently switched to Cascade and am very disappointed in the results. My previous product cleaned the dishes to a sparkling clean shine. With Cascade Gel, I have to watch each piece as it comes out of the dishwasher and hand wash plates, cereal bowls, some cutlery and pots to remove debris. Not impressed.

I tried them for about two weeks and had to ditch them and go back to my FAVORITE Cascade Platinum.....What was I thinking??? When my dishwasher is finished I open it up and it smells clean and dishes are squeaky clean complete. I am forever loyal to Cascade!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disabled and have been able to, until just recently, handwash my dishes. My daughter and her friends bought me a dishwasher! I was going to go buy the local big box store generic brand and my grandsons stepfather refused to allow it! He went and bought me a tub (a whole tub) of the cascade platinum and a bottle of spot remover. I was blown away! I did not have to put any dishes back in for a second wash...everything was sparkling clean afer just the one wash. I haven't had a unwashed dish problem since. I love this product and as long as I can find coupons(I live on a fixed income), I am going to keep it in my house!

They're so easy and quick to use, and they have never left any residue or gunk on my dishes—even when I'm a tad lazy rinsing before putting them into the dishwasher :) these are my go-to products and definitely the only ones I'll use.
