I am going to be perfectly honest here. I have used Cascade since I was old enough to help load the dishwasher. Now, I feel Cascade isn't worth a dime. While I did still use it thinking something was wrong with our dishwasher, everything would come out with a white film on it. The white film wouldn't just scrub off. I have now learned to use other products that do work. So, I am not sure whether to believe the "government says we can't use phosphate anymore" is really the culprit. I will buy Cascade again when they change the formula back to the original. In the meantime, I will try to not waste more water, use more energy, and hurt the environment trying to make my dishes clean!

While the action pacs do a very good job of cleaning, and the premeasured amount is clearly a convenience, the new chemical formula will BADLY discolor any aluminum baking sheet , utensil or pot!! A warning should be printed on the package, not just that the product is Phosphate Free. That is meaningless information to most persons.

I had bought Cascade Complete, and there was one broken capsule in the bag, since there is liquid in it the rest of the capsules got stuck into one large ball. When I tried to seperate them it was impossible, causing the liquid and powder to go everywhere. The whole bag had to be thrown away. What a waste of money!

I one of those people that believe that dish washers should actually wash dishes. So when I put the worst of the worst dish (baked on, caked on food) and they come out perfect every time, it makes me a fan for life. I have NEVER had to re-wash a pot or pan since switching to Cascade Platinum! Thank you!

My dishes were cloudy and scummy. Cascade Complete is the only product that has ever gotten my dishes so clean before. Not only does it clean my dishes so well, it even cleans the inside of my dishwasher! I referred your product to my daughter who thought her dishwasher was broken. It turns out it was her dishwasher detergent. She referred Cascade Complete to her friend who was getting ready to buy a new dishwasher and just needed Cascade Complete. This is truly a miracle product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am one to buy generics because a lot of times they are just as good as name brand, but I have to admit that Cascade Complete is worth the extra money. You pull a pouch out of the bag and there is no messy gel. Even my kids can get this one right! It must have some super ingredient that the other brands do not have because I can honestly say that my dishes come out much cleaner and they shine ... not as much as in the commercials but they do shine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dish washer is over 12 yrs old but these platinum packs get the job done!! We won't use anything else. The triple action get the dishes, pots, and pots clean, grease free, and nice again! I could only imagine what a job they would do if my dish washer wasn't 12+ yrs old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes products have a store brand "equivalent" that is claimed to work as best as the brand name...not the case. The Cascade Platinum pods are great and I have never had an issue with my dishes not coming clean. Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum with Dawn Fighting Power leaves all my dishes and silverware completely spot free and sparkling. I trust it with my glassware, silverware and dishes that I often washed by hand. Great job Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried for the first time, bought by daughter in law for me to try and it is so easy and does a wonderful job, no measuring, no spills, just easy and great results. Thanks for making such a useful product. I will purchase from now on and no more bottles.
