[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely in love with these action packs. I have tried different varieties of action packs, but this one works the best. With regular dishwasher cleaning, these packs work like a charm even after a day (or two) for not turning on (forgetting to turn on) the dishwasher. I won't use any other detergent.

I have a small, ancient dishwasher that I used to "prewash" my dishes before hand washing them because it just didn't work that well with all the dishwasher cleaners I tried, no matter how much the cost. Then I read in Consumer Reports magazine about how great Cascade Complete cleaned so I decided to try it. WOW - what a difference. My dishes come out TOTALLY clean, no film or spots, no remaining stuck on food, I can finally use my dishwasher to fully clean my dishes with no need to handwash after. The difference is so significant, I can't explain, you just have to try it to see.

Our dishwasher tank which is plastic developed brownish spots staining the inside of the tank. Thought trhis may be iron stains in water supply, but this has never happened ever since we have lived here since 1978 more than 36 years. Went back to using FINISH.

I had used regular Cascade gel previously, but in my new location, I kept getting a powdery residue after every cycle. I switched to the Platinum pacs and the change was immediate. Beautiful dishes every cycle.

Before leaving for vacation last week, I loaded the dishwasher in a hurry, without rinsing and without loading correctly, with the intention of rinsing and reloading upon our return, to actually run the load thru the dishwasher. These were dishes from the previous day that I hadn't gotten around to doing at all, but I didn't want them to sit for the whole weekend. When we returned Saturday night, I decided to test the power of your product and just threw in the Action Pac and ran the load. There was a casserole dish that had baken on cheese and spaghetti sauce that I just KNEW would need re-washing, but to my surprise, it was sparkling clean! The entire load-- even my palstics-- were clean and grease free! The only things that I had to rewash were a spoon and fork that were nestled and had food between them. I was totally shocked and had to tell my husband! I am truly a believer! I have ALWAYS pre-rinsed before running a load, but I am certainly happy to cut that step now! I LOVE this product!!!

I want to give it a higher rating but...... The dishes come out clean but with an odd feel to them.. Not slimy, it's residue from the water that is VERY noticeable on my dark colored pots & pans.. So I need to use another additive.. I really can't blame Cascade.. The water here is horrible but cascade does clean, if I lived in another area I have no doubt the pacs would clean perfectly....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boys specifically. You think laundry is bad? Dishes are worse! Dish after dish! Never same glass twice in an hour. Ketchup, bbq chicken. And not to mention hey! Pets! Ugh. My job is never done. But Cascade Platinum Actionpacs get the job done in one go!!!!

I was amazed at how well they cleaned not only my dishes but kept my dishwasher clean too! They are SO easy to use and my dishes are cleaner then ever and my glasses are always left clear and sparkling! Love these!

i love cascade dish washing gel! but the powder packet things just don't work on my dishes not sure why maybe the water heat level maybe it dosen't disolve or clean them well because of that except we have ares turned up cause i like long hott showers so by cascade gel for 24 stuck on food works nicer doesnt actrually remove move but it cleans the dishes nicely after ive cleaned them and doesent leave a residue behind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the gel packs. They are so easy to just pop in the dishwasher. Not sure if it's the dishwasher or the packs but I still need to thoroughly rinse off dishes before putting into the dishwasher.
