I had recently purchased a dishwasher and was using another brand of dishwasher liquid soap. My dishes weren't coming out clean. The cutlery was so bad I started doing it by hand and the dishes all had a strange feeling to them. I finally switched to Cascade Action Pacs. I can't say enough good things about this product. ALL my dishes (yes, even the cutlery) came out sparkling clean! I am VERY impressed! Cascade will be the ONLY product I will now use. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

We have used Cascade for years and years. Within the last couple of years we started having recurring drain clogs. After a few occurances we started blaming the problem on poor plumbing configurations. Well, this past week I decided to redo our dishwasher and sink drains. Fortunately, I started downstream and intended to work backwarks... upstream. I removed the trap associated with the blocked drain and found it totally cloged with white undisolved dishwashing detergent. You state that your product is formulated to work in and temp and any water hardness. My wife and I have decided to suspend using your products. We have spent a fortune on having drains unclogged and don't ever want to waste our hard earned money again! Work this out guys!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Cascade products all the time and have for years, all the way back to the first dishwasher I ever had. I will keep using these products as long as I have a dishwasher because they are a great product. Thanks, Gail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We thought our dishwasher needed replacing, it just didn't seem to do the job anymore! then, we tried Cascade Complete! Everything looks perfect now! Thanks Cascade!! What a difference your product made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Cascade products for a number of years because they do what they claim in the ads. I must admit to occasionally switching brands just to compare, but I always return to Cascade since it does the best cleaning job on my dishes and glassware. Living alone, I rarely run the dishwasher daily, so the dishes will sit for a few days. When I have a full dishwasher, I will run it with Cascade and am delighted with the results. I would definitely recommend Cascade to my friends and family.

I absolutely love all the cascade products.Nothing on the market cleans like cascade. My very favorite is the platinum. It truly does all it says it does and combining it with dawn makes it even more powerful.I have a very old dishwasher that is on it's last leg and cascade still gets my dishes clean.I always recommend the cascade product to my family and friends.I have tried others for the heck of it and always go back to cascade. Now it is the only one I buy!!

I just bought a large bucket of the action packs from a local wholesale club. 105 action pacs - not cheap. Out of the 1st 5 used, 3 didn't dissolve at all. I just ran the dishwasher and wasted all that money on electricity, water, etc. for no reason since I will have to wash them again. I am extremely frustrated with this product. Directions say to place one pac in the main dispenser and close the dispenser door. Too bad when the dishwasher has finished it's cycle the dispenser door is open and the action pac is just sitting there undissolved.

Finally a company that cares about it's customers continues to improve their products. I used Finish, and the new Oxy, not happy so I decided "Pat, like the old saying, if its not broken, don't fix it" I have used Cascade for a very long time, honestly when a new product comes out I will give it shot, wasted money, dirty dishes, when the dishwasher ends the cycle and I am ready to put my dishes away as I pull out my dinner plates and still see stuck on food and have to re-wash by hand what is the point?? I came back to Cascade and will remain with Cascade. What I love about your product is simple, not only do you stand behind your products, you do not make promises you can not keep, very frustrated. Thank you Cascade, keep up the great work, give my Kudo's to all that work hard in your company to produce Cascade, I know everyone works together, like the old saying there is NO I in TEAM...my dishes are exactly as I like them Squeaky Clean....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product, it is the only one I buy! My family hates to pre-wash dishes and with this product they do not have to! The fact it removes grease also is a plus. Dishes come out clean every time!!
