I have tried several different dishwasher packs and these are by far my favorite! they are very efficient in cleaning stuck on food and leaves spot free glasses... I love love love these!!!! if u have never tried them I would highly recommend them!!!

This is a complaint and a concern. I was on hold for 12 minutes tonight to express my concern. The container of cascade that I am presently using is very liquid and clear. The new container is white and very thick. My concern is - is there something missing in my first container that would effect the cleaning of my dishes or perhaps effect me. I am concern if I should continue using the first bottle. There is definately a difference in the two containers and they are the same product.

He did, but protested because cost is a little higher than other brands. After using this product for a month, he says he will NEVER buy a different brand again. This is the best dishwasher product ever. We have put our coffee pot and tea containers in dishwasher and they come out looking brand new. We have never had a better product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have a dishwasher at home but we do at work and this product is what we use. We had an issue in the past with dirt being left on the dishes but now that we've changed to this cascade product we do not have that issue any longer.

I used to use a lot more product in my dishwasher, I couldn't gauge how much I would need despite the directions. I decided to try the packets and was surprised to find my dishes squeaky clean even in the short cycle! That means a lot to me since I live in the high desert and water is precious...and the new formula works great. I couldn't be happier with the Cascade complete packets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love these pacs. There is only my husband and I and sometimes the dishes set in the dishwasher for days. The dishwasher is a Whirlpool and together get my dish clean. I also use the rinse aid because of the hard water we have. If someone is having trouble with the pac not dissolving all the way, try putting the pac with the powder up, so the water get to it first. Then it will not get stuck in the receptacle. Having a great day.

I have been buying cascade because thats what my dishwasher calls for. I had the same problem with dishes looking like i soaked them in milk. I was able to fix that by using vinager everytime i use my dishwasher because "Jet Dry " doesn't work. But now the cascade powder will not dissolve in the main cup. The original Cascade should be brought back. All i keep doing is wasting it. I will switch to a different brand.

I bought Cascade Complete and found that it etched my glasswear and ruined some plastic glasses. I cannot get the film off, and have had to throw some glasses away. I have soft water and use a rinse aid, so I don't know why this is happening. Unfortunately, I bought a large container that I probably won't finish.

My dad turned me onto this product. He raved and raved about how clean and sparkly his dishes came out. For me, it's horrible. My dishes are coming out not clean at all, and with a white film all over them. I've used regular Cascade in the past with pretty good results, but this stuff is more expensive and is the pits. I'm happy it works for some people, but it doesn't work for me at all.
