I absolutely love this product and think it works very well. However, the ony thing I can say is that if the weather is very warm and you don't have your A/C running, the cubes tend to melt together into one big clump and it's hard to get them apart and they break easily when they end up this way. Other than that - love this stuff.

Cascade Complete All-in-1 Action Pacs are magical - they make everything disappear from some very scary looking dishes and pots and pans. I forgot to run a load last night and I had a dishwasher filled with dishes covered with dried pasta sauce. It was amazing how clean everything got!

I always use Cascade in my dishwasher. I tried the one with the Gain smell and although it makes your machine smell good it leaves the smell on the plastic bowls and things. I find this smell on things I eat from offensive. The Cascade cleans very well but the lingering smell is not good.

I was so excited to purchase these new pre-dispensed dishwashing packets. My mother and sister had used them, so they came highly recommended. I tried them, and much to my dismay, my dishes have never looked worse. The glasses came out of the dishwasher looking like milk spots had dried completely in the entire glass, top to bottom. They are so milky looking that they look as though I never washed them at all. All the other dishes and silverware in the dishwasher came out with a white film on them also. I have always used Cascade Complete powder and have loved it. I have never experienced anything like this before. I switched to the powder again, and now I have the same results as the packets. Totally unsatisfied. I cannot seem to get my dishes looking sparkly anymore. I feel that to get my dishes clean, I am going to have to go back to the old days of washing by hand. What a waste of time in this day and age. Wondering if the ingredients have been changed or altered in any way???

Some detergents don't seem to rinse well and leave a chalky film on the dried dishes. I've never had this problem with the actionpacs. They cost a bit more than the usual dishwasher detergent, but for my money, are well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on the hunt for a lower cost dishwasher detergent - tried them all and keep coming back to Cascade. It's not a deal if you have to run the dishes through a 2nd time but with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs my dishes come out sparkling the first time, every time!

I have used Cascade all in 1 gel in my GE Profile Smart-Dispense dishwasher and it has clogged my auto dispensor. After a few months Cascade has turned into a clumpy chunky mess that has clogged up the tubes and holding tank. I had to disassemble the door and dispensor to clean it out. Why does it gel up and turn nearly solid? Not going to use it anymore.

On certain measuring spoons, cookie sheets, metal pans it seems to have totally discolored the finish and made them very dull and rough. These are items which I have been using for 25 years or more and washed in dishwashers before without a problem. Now I wash all of them by hand. I don't intend to buy the product again.

These are so easy to use and clean everything off my dishes even when my family doesn't rinse them first. I also love that I can pop one in and set my dishwasher to wash when no one is using water and there is no mess. Great product!
