[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always stayed away from the packets because I wasn't sure they would do the job in my old dishwasher. I was apprehensive about trusting a small pack and not filling both cups in the dishwasher. I shouldn't have been concerned, the Complete packets do a wonderful job, even when dishes have been sitting in the dishwasher for 2 or 3 days.

My household dirties a lot of dishes (we cook a lot of different dishes, often leaving them to dry dirty.) but we don't have a lot of spare time to spend doing chores. As we have an aged dishwasher, too, I'd just resigned myself to spending a lot of time every couple of nights presoaking and rinsing dishes before loading them, then checking them for remaining spots and running them through another cycle. This stopped when I started using the new Cascade Platinum packs. They're easy to use and I can see a difference in the cleaning power of even my aging beast. No spots, no re-runs - I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very hard water in the town we live in. We have problems with various detergents either not getting the dishes clean or causing cglassed to become cloudy. This product cleans our dishes and pots and pans. This product does not cause my glasses to become cloudy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt, these little guys work better than any other brand that I have tried and I have tried them all. They dissolve the food, clean not only the dishes but also keep the inside of the dishwasher clean as well. Being that I live in an area with extremely hard water, I use a rinse aid for even these alone will not stop hard water spots where I am. I highly recommend them, no question about it!!

I purchased two 155oz bottles of Cascade with Dawn, and have finally poured the first of the two bottles down the drain! I have adjusted my dishwasher settings, shaken and shaken the cascade, tried everything I could think of in an attempt to get a clean load of dishes. In draining the bottle I found large white clumps of what was probably the soap in the bottom. This product used the Dawn name to snag the sale....but you would be better off using straight Dawn and washing the dishes by hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazed on how clean Cascade Complete left the glasses, silverware and dishes shining. The glasses had no water spots or streaks. Cascade Complete did such a thorough job in cleaning the stuck on stains off the plates, forks & spoons, that there is no need to re-wash by hand or let them go another cycle in the dishwasher. Thoroughly impressed because I always buy the competition because of the reviews recommended by consumer watchdog ratings. This is obviously an upset. I will be buying Cascade Complete in the immediate future.

I was hand-washing all my dishes because using TWO pacs of my old brand in the dishwasher didn't get them clean. Our water is so hard here in Columbia MO! I save money buying your best product over buying twice as much bargain brand! I tell everyone I know to get these pacs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum is far superior to other brands that I have tried in the past. If you are buying cheaper brands you are just wasting money. My dishwasher is about 10 years old but the cascade keeps it cleaning like brand new. Even when I put something in there and think, I wonder if it's going to clean it, it does with Cascade Platinum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I've been using Cascade, I don't prewash or rinse. I set my dishwasher on the pots and pans setting and My dishes are sparkling clean, even when there was spaghetti sauce still on the plates. I usually have to rinse one or two bowls after a load, but comparing to prewashing all of them, saves me time, water, and energy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a new baby at home we don't have time to wash all of our dishes by hand before we put the dishes in the dishwasher! With this product we don't have to! The platinum pods keep our dishes clean and sparkling!
