[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've followed the directions of the dishwasher and on the bag of the product and we continue to get water spots on all glassware. We don't soften our water however. Ideas to get them clean without stopping the cycle and adding vinegar to the rinse would be helpful.

I recently received a new Whirlpool Dishwasher for my birthday and a bag of Cascade Platinum was with the dishwasher. I love the dishwasher and I love the Cascade Platinum just as much. I would not buy another product to use in my new dishwasher. Cascade gets my dishes clean and sparkling and I never have to pre-wash and I never have spots on my glasses. This is a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different pods in my dishwasher over the past couple years and only the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs I trust to get my dishes completely clean. I hate scrubbing my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I don't always get to my dishes right away. With the other type of pods I still have food stuck to my dishes every once in a while, which is a pain and can be embarrassing.

I always used "bargain brand" dishwasher detergent. And it worked well....I thought. We moved into a different house. I thought there was something wrong with the dishwasher. It was the detergent. I purchased Cascade and I almost cried with joy! My dishes actually shined. All the stains came out of my coffee and tea cups. NEVER again will I use the "bargain brands" again. Cascade is the best!!! I should have known better my Grandmother always used Cascade and now I will NEVER use any other dishwasher detergent. It's Cascade for me and my family forever.

I was really dissatified with your product. It left a film on my drinking glasses and they smelled. I have used your product for several years and then stopped. I started again and I'm very very unhappy. Since I live on a fixed income I had to use the hole bag but I am very unhappy.

I always used Dawn dish soap before having a dish washer and I still use it for pre-washing my dishes. I was not sure what to put in my dish washer and I loved that with these pacs you just put them in and go no need for pouring anything or adding other things to my cycle. This is one of my favorite products and I will NEVER use anything else. My dishes always look and feel great no film no spots and never leaves any food behind. I wish it was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Thank you Cascade for making such a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this product and agree that it is very convenient, just pop one in and push the button. However, maybe we are just a bit old fashioned, but we actually prefer the powder in the box. Also, power is less costly that these cute little convenient packs. These packs are convenient to take along when we go to our fully functioning kitchen time share. We don't have to haul a box of powder, just a few pacs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our new house, I wasn't sure what to use to clean my dishes in the dishwasher. Luckily, multiple people recommended these dishwasher packets (and the coupons were an added bonus!) These packets work wonders and even get the disgusting leftover cheese off all my plates. I highly recommend this product.

Bought Cascade Complete gave it a try. Used it multilpe times trying to be fair. Followed instructions on the package on how to use it. The results were the same. The Cascade Complete did not clean the dishes. On one try I used a double dose and another try I washed the dishes a second time. Dishes still not cleaned. The packet stuck in the detergent cup would not drop into the washer even though the cup was dry when the packet was put in each time I put it in the cup.

I have used both the powder packet and the gel wasn't happy with ether one all though the gel left fewer spots than the powder . I went with a nother brand and there were all most no spots and no film like CASCADE leaves on the glasses . You need to check out that blue stuff it works great ! SORRY I use the powder now that there hard as a brick to help clean my tolit . I got a bunch left over and no place to use them !
