I have tried 3 boxes of Cascade Platinum pods in Kenmore dishwasher. At least on 5 cycles, I have noted the pods coming out intact. Obviously, it did not do its job. I wonder what is the quality control and how is it guaranteed.

This dish soap used to do a very good job. Now it is not worth the cost of the box, we have to do our dishes by hand if we want to eat off of them. I can my dishes cleaner with sand. You lost a 15 year customer.

I have used Cascade for years but the new formula discolored my good cookie sheet, the attachments to my electric grinder, and my 9 x 13 cake pan. They are ruined and I had no warning that this would happen. I am no longer a Cascade fan.

I doubt that this will be posted. We have used Cascade powder forever! But now our dishes, silverware, glasses have to be be rewashed. Very upset by this new formula

We just pulled several pieces of plastic same size as your product out of the paddle in the dishwasher. We noticed that our cups were not getting cleaned. So, we pulled it apart and there were several pieces clogging the water spouts.

I find the pac does not dissolve very well in my dishwasher. I find most of the pac still in the wash department of my dishwasher, which makes me think the dishes have not been cleaned very well. I won't be using the pacs again.

I doubt this rating gets anywhere, but I use to use the powder Cascade detergent, and it was good. This liquid is just awful!! Absolutely no shine, just ugly spots on my glasses. I will never buy this product again. Sharon

We bought this 3 weeks ago and about 50% of the time the packet is not fully dissolved, so I have to run the machine again. I run the machine on its highest cleaning cycle! What is the deal?

The soap would not rinse off my dishes in my dishwasher even with an added rinsing agent. I was always rinsing off my dishes afterwards to get the layer of soap off of them. I switched to the regular bottle of gel instead.

Extremely unhappy with product. I have used this successfully for years. Now, for some reason, my metal cake pan, metal popcorn dishes and my foil bread pans have turned black. What's going on?
