I have a 1 yr. old Amana dishwasher. Your product leaves coffee, tea, milk & lipstick stains. It does a poor job on dishes & silverware as well! Its as though there is no detergent used at all. The hot water tap is softened, so that is not the cause & the dishes are rinsed before loading. Why have a dishwasher?

I was using a different brand, but my glasses kept getting cloudier and cloudier, also I had to pre-rinse the dishes. I knew there had to be something better out there... and I found it in Cascade Complete Pacs ! WOW !! My dishes are now super clean without pre-rinsing, the glasses look like new and the silverware is spotless !

As with many of the other consumers we recently purchased a box of Cascade Complete. Cascade has been in my household since I can remember as a child. It only took one use of the new Cascade Complete and every dish, glass, plastic utensile and silverware are completely coated with a film. I watch the video on hard water and cannot believe there are not large warning labels across the box. The company knows this will happen, but doesn't consider a significant issue. Obvisously I will be using other treatments to soften the water, but the company should of forewarned us with a big large label.

Cascade does NOT clean dishes. Residue left on cups and water spots and grime on glasses. This is my 2nd new dishwasher in 3 years and performance by Cascade is horrible. I will never buy another box. One would think that performance would have improved over the years but it appears Cascade has deteriorated.

I used the product exactly as directed. My dishwasher is a Maytag and just a few months old. I found the product mostly undissolved and stuck to a knife in the silverware basket. Not exactly what I expected. I would say about 1/10 of the product had dissolved. I don't know how it is expected to work if it doesn't dissolve.

This dish detergent is the worst stuff I have ever used. I have had to throw away all of my plastic storage containers because they smelled like Gain. They even made my food that had been stored in them taste like the smell of Gain. Unfortunetly I had thrown the packaging away before I realized this and could not apply for a refund. I had refilled my 60 pac Cascade canister and that is why I felt safe throwing away the refill pkg (your idea). Of course I threw away all of the pacs that were not used. How could you even think of doing such an awful thing! I can't wait to see if you add this review to your site.

I've used Cascade since I got my first dish washer and I can only say superlative things about the product. Maybe it helps that I also use their power-rinse product as well but I NEVER have streaking or water spots on a load of dishes. My only complaint is that Sam's seems to constantly run out when I need to get more and I certainly think it's popularity plays a big part in this.

I have been a cascade complete user since they came out with it. Love it. I did try the other brand, you know the one with the red dot in the middle. worst mistake, only used two and gave the rest away. Went back to cascade complete. Didnt think I would ever change again. Wrong, along comes cascade complete platnium, OMG the first one I used and opened my dishwasher I just couldnt believe the results, My dishes had such a shine, even better than from the cascade complete. I dont know how it can be possible but WOW love love love it.

I have always liked Cascade and decided to try this product. I thought the convenience would out weigh the expense, I was wrong. The product performs poorly. The package either melts not releasing anything or the liquid is gone and the powder is hard or I find the whole thing half melted in the bottom of the dishwasher. When it does work properly the dishes still aren't as clean as with the liquid. I even thought maybe the water temperature wasn't hot enough but I checked it and it was scalding hot. So disappointed.

At first I though it was bad coffee, but then when the same taste begin appearing in all my beverages drank from plastic cups - then in my lunch leftovers placed in plastic containers and then the brownies I made from a silicone pan - I realized that all the containers had previously been washed in the dishwasher using the Fresh Scent Cascade concentrated pouch. Yes, the dishes come clean but I am back to hand washing the plastics due to the strong scent and taste being absorbed by my dishes in the dishwasher. The Fresh Scent Cascade Complete is too strong. Now even my dishwasher smells of the strong fake scent. By the way it is a new dishwasher and a sample pack of unscented Cascade left no extra scents or taste on the dishes.
