Disappointed in the quality. We bought a tub that had 52 Actionpacs inside. At first we had no issues at all, clean dishes, no residue everything was great. We started noticing the pacs were not dissolving completely and there was quite a bit of the powdered soap left on the door of the dishwasher and we had to run another cycle to clear the remaining soap. Eventually it got to the point where we needed to run a second or third cycle to clear the residue as the utensils and dishes had soapy films. We still have 22 pacs left out of the tub of 52 so a little more that half way through and we're going to get rid of the rest. we noticed that the liquid parts were still "squishy" but the powdered soap sections were hard as a rock so not sure if that was normal or not until we get a fresh container and definitely not going for the large size containers until we can feel confident in their quality control.

These are the only dishwasher pods i've ever used. They clean really well and don't leave a nasty residue behind. I can always count on this to do the job. they are also super affordable and easy to use.

I purchased a package of Cascade Complete and have had issues with each cycle when we have used it. Many times, the plastic does not dissolve and has even prevented the detergent door from opening. If I switch to Cascade loose powder the dishwasher works fine. This is the worst Cascade product I have ever used and I use Cascade over any of the other lines of products. Very disappointed. A waste of my money for sure!

Apparently because congress decided to prohibit Phosphates in dishwashing detergent the new detergent works as well as it can, but it will react with your aluminum pans turning them black and there is nothing you can do to get that black off. so until they figure out some way to stop the reaction DO NOT PUT YOUR ALUMINUM POT PANS COOKIE SHEETS OR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE DW WITH CASCADE.

I bought this product because I have always been very satisfied with the Cascade dishwashing product. Boy, was I dismayed to find that this new product leaves a thin white film on everythings. I need help to determine how to get the film off my dishes. What a mess!

I'm extremely disappointed with this dish detergent. The smell is overpowering, and it lingers on the dishes even after washing. The detergent decolors the dishes badly, leaving them dull and faded. The strong smell raises safety concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this product due to its strong smell, decoloring the dishes, and potential health risks.

I am a big Cascade fan and have used both the liquid and the granular in my dishwashers for years. A few months ago I purchased the packets, they seemed very convenient and I liked how they stored under my sink? All of a sudden I started noticing a bad sour smell in my dishwasher. I went on line and went through a whole cleaning process of the dishwasher with vinegar and the smell went away. Thinking the only change I made was detergent, I started using the regular Cascade liquid and there was no smell. Just to be sure, I started to use the pre packs again. The odor has come back. Obviously in this case, convenience is not always the best choice....not sure what is different between the two formulas, but whatever it is, it is not good. This product is aweful.

I have used a lot of dishwasher detergents but none compare to Cascade Complete Pacs. I get what I paid for, clean, shiny dishses, glasses, and flatware. I have always used Cascade products and they just keep getting better! A little pricey...but I don't mind spending the money IF I get the results they promise. I just make sure I have a full load before I wash to get my money's worth. Still comes out clean and beautiful. I would not buy anything else.

Unfortunately, this item arrive with the bottom of the tub shattered and not able to contain the dishwasher pods. Had to move to another container for storage. Product it self was okay and movement to a proper container preserved its' effectiveness.

I started using the action packs about six months ago, I tested the product by putting dirty, sticky dishes in the dishwasher. It took the dirt and grease off. It is the best product that I have used, I will continue using the product. here are absoultely no spots on silverware or glasses. Thanks Cascade for coming out with s uch a great product
