I have been using this detergent for around 2 decades. It is the only one that has not changed to "new and improved," and I hope it doesn't because it's perfect as it is. So many other detergents today, including Tide, have such an irritating, overpowering scent that I can't stand it. But Era has a pleasant, but not overpowering scent. It cleans well and does not leave a residue. I don't use fabric softener, and my clothes still come out soft. And the price cannot be beat. I highly recommend it.

I love this detergent so much that I will always order it online. Mainly because I am allergic to just about all other detergents. Sure, the container is heavy, but the detergent is dispensed by laying the container on its side and squirting it out (see the directions on the back). It's a great value and a little bit goes a long way.

I have 3 large dogs and we also rent rooms in our farm house so we do alot of laundry. I like this detergent because I can use it for really anything: dog blankets, bedding, clothes, delicates and everything comes out clean and smelling fresh. And I like the fact it is concentrated so I do not have to use alot per load.

When you first see this product on Sam's Club site you automatically think when I was a little old-fashioned brand. But you try it because the value is just really good. Then you bring it home and you realize why your mom and grandmas use this product. It definitely take stains out is actually really good as a stain treater, if you put it on when something gets soiled before you wash it.and let it sit for a little while. The value by ounce/ price you're just not going to get that in many places. It is an overall extremely good value for not a lot of money.

We have used ERA for a very long time and have been very happy with the excellent cleaning results and the price is much less than other detergents. Lately the only place we can find ERA is at Sam’s. Not sure why this is so, but we are very glad Sam’s carries our favorite detergent and at a reasonable cost too.

Era laundry detergent is the only one I will use. Gentle enough for the baby clothes and hypoallergenic! Pleasant fragrance that doesn't linger and create allergic reactions in my sinus' nor on the skin! I hope to NEVER change detergents again in my lifetime

What I'm giving 1 star to isn't the ERA, because the ERA was fine. It was reasonably priced, and a good product. The problem was with the delivery. Not only was FedEx outrageous in what it charged for delivery, but to add insult to injury the driver just left it near the mail boxes instead of bringing it up, I wasn't even given the opportunity to sign for delivery. The seller made the choice about which shipping company would be delivering the ERA.

When my dad was living and living with me, all I used was Era. After a while I had to change as he was having allergic reactions and I didn’t know what it was from so I got as many hypoallergenic products as I could. When he passed, I went back to Era and found it to work as well as it always had at getting my clothes the cleanest and removing stains. I will not change to another detergent ever again.

Era laundry soap has been my prefered agent for cleaning my cloths for many decades. Era's stain fighting ability is excellent, and I also use it for a prewash spray on stubborn stains. The price of Era at Sams is a better bargain than at other retailers.

My sister had difficulty finding this product & I said simply, 'have you looked at Sam's?' ... Fast forward to current: i order her a bottle when i get my other laundry needs. My sister washes more laundry than I & she swears by it. If it is good enough for her stringent standards, it is a terrific product! Gets out stains, does not deposit a residue & has a fresh scent without overpowering a sensitive nose. Great product, great price & supply is consistent. Thanks Sam's!
